10/10 experience during both of my visits. I came to this office for a cleaning earlier this year. They made my transition to a new dental office as smooth as possible. The staff were always helpful, and provided more than the information I was looking for. Dr. Roca took amazing care of me both times I went in, talking me through the entire process, and also giving me props where things looked good, as well as tips in the areas I could do better. This was really motivating. During my emergency visit this past week, Dr. Roca and his team truly went above and beyond to ensure I left their office satisfied. My sincerest gratitude to them all. They are certainly the best. Thank You again Dr. Roca -- you are a star!

I had to get my tooth pulled out and I was kind of nervous about it but Mr Roca was amazing! He listened to all my concerns and reassured me that I would be okay. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process.

From the minute that I walked in. Everybody was so kind when I got in the back. The lady that did the x-ray and cleaned my teeth. She was great. The doctor he was great numbing where they were taking the tooth out was great. Very good experience. I definitely will be going back there. They made me feel so comfortable and not nervous or scared about having my tooth removed

This office is extremely disorganized and mishandled my appointments resulting in wasted trips from work. When I tried to address these issues calmly, I was treated harshly and labeled as the problem rather than being helped. Communication was very poor, especially with the non-verbal dentist who did not explain care or welcome questions, even with a translator and him using a keyboard to take notes. Many things lost in translation or not noted all together. Advocating for myself felt difficult and uncomfortable, and concerns were met with defensiveness instead of accountability. Overall, the environment felt hostile rather than patient-centered. I would strongly recommend doing thorough research before booking here The staff was crass, abrasive, and standoffish. The head dentist, very rough almost to intimidate those who dare ask questions or address issues. I was a new patient as well so for them to act out , is very telling. I went in 2024 , twice and never will again. Also read their reviews online. The 1 star reviews are a trend.

Very happy with this dentist office. They got me right in for an emergency visit and took care of everything. Prices were very reasonable. Thinking of dropping my unavailable regular dentist for Dental Solutions.

This was the absolute best experience I have ever had at the dentist office. Staff are efficient, drs are friendly and answered all my questions before I asked the. I would highly recommend going here for your future dental care.

Positive comments are highly deserved by Marcia. For years, due to sensitivity, dental anxiety was present, but she has completely provided ease. She is very gentle, compassionate and patient, explaining every step and ensuring comfort throughout. She does an excellent and thorough job, and the teeth have never looked and felt better. She's a true professional and an absolute gem. As well as the entire staff professional kind and friendly! Highly recommend!
