Dr Tsai and office staff have been great. I had fear going to the dentist but once I started going to him I felt very comfortable . I have been going there for about 20 years and they have been the best. Recently moved over 2hrs away but still drive to that location once you have a good dentist you definitely want to keep them!

I really like this dentist office. About two years ago I had gone here after not visiting a dentist in roughly 3 years. I had pretty bad medical anxiety and it turned out I needed a deep cleaning and one filling, I was really scared but James did everything he could to help me through go the procedures and everything went great! This place made me unafraid to go to the dentist and now even just being in the waiting room fills me with a sense of calm and confidence that everything is going to be ok. And the terrific team here makes sure that everything always is ok

Dr. Tsai is the best dentist I’ve ever had. The office and technology is clean and modern; he’s very professional, and his staff is always friendly. I was scheduled for 2 crowns today (ins would pay 100%), but he decided I only needed one after examining again. Very honest, thorough and highly recommended.

I've been putting off getting my wisdom teeth out for over a year, but when my second bottom one came in, I realized I had to find a dentist ASAP. I happened upon Dr. Tsai's practice and booked an appointment back in April. The consultation and appointment were within a week of each other and the removal went smoothly! The whole process was such a nice experience and my sockets didn't get infected and healed up within a month of the removal. I was able to eat solid food within 2-3 weeks after I got them out. I highly recommend going to Dr. Tsai for all your dentist needs!

After having been a regular customer for more than 10 years, beginning when I had dental insurance with my employer and after retiring with Medicare but no dental insurance I continued getting dental services and paying cash for his services. But now that I switched to an insurance company that provides dental coverage and he is listed as working with this insurance group, he refuses to accept me as a customer saying that since the beginning of this year (2021) they are not accepting new customers from this dental insurance company, but as a paying customer they will. I have been seeing this dentist at least twice a year all the time, except during 2020 due to the pandemic.

I have been coming to Pasadena Dental for many years and I can’t say enough about this office. Dr. Tsai, Dr. Kelly and all the staff are great, They’re very friendly, professional and I always look forward to coming in and chatting with everyone. 😁
