Going to the dentist always makes me a bit nervous, but Dr. Lin is the only dentist who has ever made me feel completely comfortable! He’s so kind and thorough that I keep coming to his office even though I live 1.5hrs away now. Can’t recommend him enough!

I had to go in for emergency repair work when my front tooth just spontaneously cracked off. They got me in the same day, despite not previously being a patient. Super friendly staff. Dr. Lin got me in and out in forty minutes with a new crown. I think I found my new dentists.

Best dentists around town. Super welcoming staff and knowledgeable at their craft. Been coming here for years and I don’t see myself stopping.

He takes excellent care of my teeth, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness. Today, I was also assisted by a wonderful dental assistant who was so gentle and kind. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit, and her light touch and warm demeanor made the experience even better. I’m really grateful for such a caring and skilled team. I had a fantastic experience at Palo Alto Central Dental! Dr. Kelly Ren was incredibly gentle and thorough—honestly one of the most comfortable and gentle cleanings I’ve ever had. She took her time and made sure everything was done with care. Her assistants, Mariam and Ori, were also wonderful—professional, kind, and attentive throughout the visit. The facility itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. Overall, highly rated and absolutely recommend for anyone looking for quality dental care in a great environment!

I had an exceptional visit to Palo Alto Central Dental! From the moment I walked in, Sasha at the front desk was welcoming and efficient. The office itself is spotless, centrally located in Palo Alto, and has super easy parking—a huge plus. I was assisted by Maryam this time (and Ori on my previous visit), and both were professional and attentive. The entire staff wears proper PPE, and the chairs and equipment are impeccably clean. Dr. Kelly Ren was incredibly gentle and thorough. Unlike past cleanings elsewhere that felt rushed (sometimes done in 10 minutes), Dr. Ren took her time to ensure a meticulous and pain-free cleaning. What stood out the most was how ethical the office is—no unnecessary treatments were pushed on me, just a routine follow-up and cleaning. I really respect that level of honesty and patient-first care. Given the quality of care, professionalism, and integrity, I couldn’t ask for a better dental experience.
