Old Kings Dental Care

I am so thankful for the staff at Old Kings Dental Care, everyone was so kind and made me feel very welcomed! I am looking forward to my future visits and seeing everyone again. I am posting my photo taken at OKDC after my service! It was a great first visit! I love the color purple and that is something that the staff learned about me! 💜 💜 💜

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The dental hygienist was very very good and did not hurt me. She was personal and friendly and knew how to make me feel relaxed. She played music and dimmed the lights to create a relaxed atmosphere. The doctor examined me and did not do any unnecessary work. They were top notch and efficient in all aspects of my visit.

Very nice dental practice. First time visit and it was the most thorough cleaning I've ever had! My teeth looked and felt great! Staff is super nice. I'm happy I chose this practice.

At my visit , that I cancelled while there, I've decided to use Corbin dental when at our summer home in N.C.and have them do the partial they recommended that will include the repair work I tried to get done while at your office. Unfortunately the dentist refused to see me without an X-ray. It was such an easy fix I did it myself. I would have had the X-ray done had she took the time to visually inspect the tooth and talk with me.

At first, my family of 4 were extremely excited to find this dentist and the staff were so pleasant. After our first visit, all went well until we received invoices for the visits that they told us were covered under insurance. They clearly do not understand how to code the visits correctly since one child was covered and the other not! After multiple conversations they told us we are responsible for fighting the insurance company even though they made the mistake. After continued phone calls, we were then sent to collections. If you have insurance, make sure the staff confirms your coverage correctly prior to treatment.

My first tiime at this office. All staff pleasant and helpful. Dentist professional, kind and supportive. Jessica is an incredible and dedicated dental technician. Very thorough in explaining procedures. She exhibited great patience and skill in my care. Will definitely continue with this practice!

Had a crown done, no pain at all. Dr and assistant were very caring and let me know what was being done along the way. I can recommend Old Kings Dental Care. And my wife goes there too and is very happy.
