Brought our toddler for the third time. All 3 times it’s been an amazing experience. Most recent visit we had the pleasure of meeting Mona and she really made his experience a positive one. I really appreciated the way she approached him and made sure he was comfortable. Highly recommend.

I love the staff at sugar bug dental! Tooth brushing is hard enough, but we do our best. Going to the dentist was always moans and groans, fake coughing, and a lot of false promises to brush better. The staff at Sugarbug really helped change that, and I’m so grateful. Attitude is half the battle. Being welcoming, encouraging, and supportive makes a huge difference. Everyone we’ve seen has helped win the battle. They teach the kids to do better. It makes brushing & flossing less "because I told you too", and more empowering. I hope everyone gets this experience for their kids! 💯recommend!

I wish I remembered the dentists name that took care of my Jax. She was amazing! Her assistant was also amazing with him. He was so nervous going in after having bad experiences at 2 other offices. At Sugar Bugs they treat children way better then any other place we've been. Thank you Sugar Bugs staff for being amazing!

The doctors and staff are all AMAZING!! 100% beyond compare, they cater to the children here, it is a refreshing change of pace, the offices are always clean and the people well kept and friendly. I won’t take my kids anywhere else!

I brought my kid last week for an emergency and the staff, assistants and Dr who saw my kid were all fantastic. They were very accommodating and professional. I have moved them at this clinic from a different Pediatric Dental Clinic in Camarillo and I am very pleased so far with their service.

I’m extremely disappointed with the front desk service at this dental office, where I brought my children. I simply asked for a school registration form to be filled out—a routine request most pediatric offices handle promptly. However, the first front desk staff member I spoke to immediately turned to her colleague and asked about the turnaround time. I clearly heard the colleague say "two weeks," which I naturally reacted to, as it seemed unreasonable for such a simple form. Instead of explaining or addressing my concern, another front desk staff member rudely snapped, "I’m not talking to you, I’m asking her," despite the fact that I was standing right there and the comment was loud and clear. I was shocked by the unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. There’s no reason a parent should be treated with such dismissiveness, especially in a pediatric healthcare setting. Basic courtesy and clear communication go a long way, and unfortunately, this office fell short. I hope management addresses this issue seriously and trains their front desk staff to interact with patients and parents more respectfully and professionally.

I’ve been coming here for six years, and I’m truly disappointed with my recent experience. I brought my 5-year-old son in for a specific procedure, which was already a lot for him to handle in one day. Instead of focusing on his extractions, I was pressured to agree to additional treatments. Even after I respectfully declined and explained that I wanted my son to recover from this traumatic experience before considering anything else, my boundaries were ignored. The lack of understanding and respect was deeply upsetting, especially given the situation. My main priority was my son and his immediate care, but the push for extra procedures made an already stressful day even harder. This is not the level of compassion and professionalism I’ve come to expect after six years, and I’m truly let down by how we were treated.
