I went to the dentist for the first time in years because I’m honestly terrified of the dentist, and this office completely changed my experience. From the first phone call, the staff was incredibly friendly and kind. Even on a busy Monday morning, everyone was happy, helpful, and welcoming. The doctor was patient, reassuring, and took the time to walk me through everything during my consult. The entire staff was knowledgeable and truly seemed to care, which made the experience so much less stressful.

The clinic has a calm , comfortable environment and well organized. The dentist (Dr. Yalle ) explained everything clearly and patiently. Very gentle and skilled dentist. Jojo her asst. made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They are both extremely knowledgeable and professional. The xray technician is kind , respectful and helpful.All the staff are very accommodating. Ramon and Staff were awesome. The procedure was quick and seamless. Dr. Yale was straightforward and relayed my treatment needs in a clear and concise manner. Office was clean and the employees all seem to enjoy what they do and seem supportive of each other.

Amazing dental office! The staff is professional, friendly, and solution-oriented. Ramon is great at helping you figure out options so you can get the work you need done. And JoJo’s cosmetic skills are incredible—truly top tier. Highly recommend this team!

Very kind staff all throughout & thorough with procedures! Although it can be costly, they made the adjustments doable for me & made sure to check in with me several times throughout my appointments. Very lighthearted environment as a client!

I’ve been seeing Esmaeil for about 2 years now, and every visit is such a good experience. He is very kind, gentle, and always remembers little details about me, it really makes a difference. My teeth feel awesome, and I haven't dreaded cleanings since he took over as my hygienist. Couldn’t ask for a better hygienist. Esmaeil is the best in Ventura County! Ramon is awesome as well! He is extremely patient and detailed when I ask about explanations for procedures and breakdowns of quotes/payments etc. Alma is another one that helps make this a 5 star dental office. While the whole staff has been great. I interact with these 3 the most during each visit. They make each visit a great experience!

Time isn’t free. Only thing in this world we can’t buy. Had an appointment at 3pm. Still wasn’t seen by 3:25pm for a simple check up. My dentist was actually still helping someone else. Unprofessional in my opinion, especially for a new patient. Do yourself a favor find another dentist. Alma at the front desk was amazing though. She’s the reason for the only 1 star if not I’d give it 0. The other two males at the front desk not professional.
