Comfort Dental Braces Overland Park

I am very disappointed with the service and communication I have received. As a patient here, I cannot recommend this place. For nearly a month, I have been trying to schedule my appointment by contacting the office and leaving multiple voicemails, yet no one has responded. It’s frustrating that I am still being charged despite this lack of communication. I call every day but still receive no answer, which feels unfair—taking my money without providing the service. I have already missed a month of treatment because of this.

I have been going to comfort dental braces since 2022 and I have always had a good experience. Dr.Snyder who is the orthodontist and Lucy who is his assistant both took care of me majority of the time. Lucy is very professional, skilled and is the best at what she does. Lucy has a special way of creating a warm and welcoming environment for her patients. Dr.Snyder is amazing! He makes great treatment plans for his patients and meets their needs. I’m very grateful for their expertise and allowing me to have a beautiful smile. Comfort dental is the best option for affordable braces with quality care!

I’ve been coming here for the past 8 years for braces and my experience has been had been wonderful. I love how my teeth are now. They are straight and has been a big difference of how they used to be before. The staff are very friendly and wonderful, I’ve had to bring my kids with me and they are so friendly, wonderful and very patient with my kids. I do recommend comfort dental braces.

The lack of communication that comes from this company is absurd!!! Canceled many times and pushed back many times. Doctor changes without warning or knowledge until doctor walks up to patient. 1/10 recommend this place!

This place is amazing. I’ve been coming here for the past year. The girls that work there are amazing. The environment is great. Don’t get me started with my girl Stacie who is always taking care of me & my sister when comes to our appointments.

Comfort Dental Braces is an amazing place. They offer payments plans and are always professional and courteous. Especially Stacie who works the front desk she can help resolve any problems or answer any questions.

Definitely a family friendly environment….very professional would highly recommend….the doctor makes sure you feel comfortable and knows exactly what is going on in your mouth. My husband also doesn’t speak Spanish and they make sure he is still very aware of everything…
