Midwest Dental - Oshkosh South

I have been a customer of Midwest Dental for 20 years, and after my experiences with Dr. Jason Anderson, his staff, and their disreputable business practices I no longer will be. I have lost total trust and faith in Midwest Dental as a business moving forward. I do not post reviews often, but when I do it is for good reason. Further, I see no point in giving a lengthy explanation, when it will most likely just be disputed with lies, disregarded, ignored, or covered up with this place posting several fake positive ones up to cover for the loss in their rating and reputation of this one. As reading over the "positive" reviews, seeing how regularly they are, and observing how many fewer people there are now then when I first starting going there in the past, I find those reviews very suspect. Needless to say, I would highly recommend not going here, and if Midwest Dental is hiring people like these, not going to any of their chains either.

Dr Anderson and his staff show such compassion & understanding. I am always amazed, as well, at how very few words are exchanged during a procedure. No matter who is assisting, they know exactly what needs to be done. This lowers my stress & lessens my fear. I highly recommend them!

I have been going here for dental care over the years. I'm always treated with great care and respect. I truly appreciate the gentleness, thouroughness, willingness to educate, and proffessionalism of all the people that work there.

Though I have PTSD in regards to dental offices/procedures it was a positive experience. Dr Jackson explains everything before doing it,made me feel as comfortable as possible, and gave recommendations as far as if any problems with the crown. The office was closed on Friday but Dr Jackson answered his private phone promptly and was understanding and attentive while I explained an issue with the temporary crown. He provided recommendations for me and suggested coming in on Monday so he could check it out.

Easy to make appointments, hubby and I can BOTH GO at the same day and time for cleanings because they have more than one hygienist.

I've been going to Midwest Dental for the past 3 years and can't say enough great things about this place. Every staff from the receptionists, hygienists, dental assistants, and Dr. Anderson are extremely professional and compassionate. They're honest, organize, and responsive. Every patient has different situations and they never make you feel like a burden. Don't hesitate to give them a call. Everyone there will make you feel at ease.

Great experience with very friendly staff. I always appreciate the education I get from the dental hygienists about how to take care of my teeth.
