I would give more stars if allowed. Melinda made my day. In all my years of cleaning, her knowledge, and virtuous customer service skills are unmatched as she carefully attends to you and explains every little detail. Most of all, she has a glowing personality that will attract you back for a cleaning even if you don’t need one, or shy about dental work 😊. Doctor flood (cool name😎) picked the right profession to represent his name. He will "flood" your mouth 😋 with a thorough exam and thorough advice. I can tell he’s caring and genuine with his profession. I believe I can trust him as my dentist going forward. The front desk are friendly and greet you as you walk in. This is a PLUS. They were able to get me in the next day! Although the Dentist let me know right away going into the appointment that he could not help me with the specific thing I needed done, he went through a list of specialty dentists that could. He was so kind about the situation and had me walking out wishing I could keep seeing this amazing group! Anyone would be lucky to have Christopher Flood working on their teeth! 👍🏻

Dr. Flood explained everything that I need done thoroughly and kindly. The dental assistant was also that way. They made me feel comfortable.

I will not be going back. I really liked the dental hygienist though, she did a really good job but I do not like Dr Flood's way of talking to his patients. I am a snowbird and spend Winters in Arizona and I see a dentist in Mexico in the winter. When I told him that he made a very strange face to me like I was crazy to go to Mexico to have my teeth done. Since it only cost $15 to get my teeth cleaned and $400 to have a crown put on, of course I will go there. They have top-notch offices down there. Another reason I do not like the way Dr Flood handled my case, he told me I needed to see an oral surgeon because I have a small bone protruding through my gums in an area where I had two teeth pulled out and had bone grafting put in. He told me if I don't get it taken care of I can lose blood flow in that area and they would have to cut out all the gums. So today I went to see the oral surgeon. He couldn't understand why my dentist couldn't just tell me the same thing that he did. He looked, poked around and said oh it's no big deal. Just use a good mouthwash or I can write you a prescription for a strong mouthwash and that little area should close up and the piece of bone grafting will just come out on its own. So no big deal! I spent $130.00 out of my own pocket to have the oral surgeon tell me something that my dentist should have told me. Total waste of money. In these bad economic times, that's the least I want to do is waste my money. I guess I'll just be seeing my dentist in nogales Mexico from now on. They are a bit more advanced than Dr Flood's office anyways.

The staff is friendly and professional. The dental technicians are gentle and thorough. Dr. Flood clearly communicates about the status of my dental health and shares information about potential future treatment areas. I’ve been going there for years and am confident entrusting my dental care to the Dental Design Studio team.

I felt that I was forced to remove 2 teeth. If I didn’t remove them I wouldn’t be able to have surgery. He did well removing them but, They didn’t have me stop my blood thinners and they blead for 3 days. The blood made me sick for more than 5 days. They were adamant about the medication I was taking. But said nothing about stopping them to help the healing process.

The young lady that gave me a cleaning, DYNAMITE!!! She was patient, detailed and friendly! I was so impressed and comfortable! Did a great job on my teeth! Thank you!
