Doctor long is the best. True artist and expert at his craft. His work exceeded my high expectations. Thank you times infinity.

This is the first time in years since I had gotten awesome service at a dentist office Dr. Long and his staff are polite and very friendly, I went to another dentist office and I wasn't too comfortable with them then I decided to get a second opinion and found Pine Dental and was seen the same have to get root canal done Dr Long assured me that I wouldn't feel any pain, I was impressed that it didn't hurt I will continue to go there simply the best thank you to everyone for making my visit the best ever

I was seen here on December 14th, 2023 as a new patient and was forced to do a deep cleaning "for my dental health", and I ended up paying around $1,000 more than expected. 18 months later I called to schedule a regular cleaning but when I arrived I was told I had to do X-rays again. I know that I can sign an X-ray refusal form and delay X-rays for up to two years but they refused to let me do this. And I feel like because I pay out of pocket I they were trying to get more money out of me again like they did in 2023 and I don’t things that’s a fair business practice. I would stay away from this business unless you have insurance.

I sent my adult son here for a teeth cleaning bc I found a great deal on Groupon. When he got back he said that this was the best experience he’s ever had at a dentist. He loved the dentist and the dental hygienist there. He does need some work done and is uninsured and the quote that was given to him was very fair. I recommend this dental practice. He will be booking his next appointment tomorrow. Thank you to the staff for treating my man child so great.

I’m not usually one to write reviews but when a place of business consistently gives exceptional service time and time again I feel compelled to let people know. I originally came in with a groupon voucher for a cleaning and later became an insured patient with them. Even as a first time patient with the groupon the staff/Dr treated me amazingly, and Dr.Long himself is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very straightforward and fair priced services. No one "likes" going to the dentist but the staff at Pine dental make your experience that much less dreadful. Thank you.

I first went to Sage Dental and received an astronomical estimate. I changed my insurance to cover more of it. They raised the price even higher. I changed to Pine Dental Health and received excellent service, not to mention that the Doc is hilarious and approachable. What a refreshing change from the poor customer service and upselling I received at Sage Dental.

Bought the groupon for the more expensive cleaning- FMD cleaning. I called and spoke to front desk lady Nicole to ask if I needed to get my wires off of my braces. I clarified with her 3 times and she stated she had asked the dental hygienist and said that I did not need to take off the wires. I got there, Noura, the dental hygienist told me I should have taken off the wires for the cleaning. She told me that she told Nicole I should have taken my wires off. I called Nicole back and asked for a refund of at least the office fee since i did not get the full cleaning i should have gotten. They declined. Just extremely disappointed with their service since I had asked them three times and they offered no reimbursement. They spent total 15 minutes cleaning my teeth for $150 which is "FMD cleaning". Not going back. Only good thing about them is Noura, she's very sweet.
