Elegantly Dental of MetroWest

I had a great experience at Elegantly Dental of MetroWest. The doctor was really kind, took the time to explain all my options clearly, and never made anything feel pushy or "salesy," which I really appreciated. My dental hygienist, Mari, was also excellent—super friendly, very gentle, and the cleaning was completely pain-free. Overall, the whole visit felt professional, honest, and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I really love the care they provide. The protective glasses are always sanitized and sealed, which is a great sign of how much they care about their patients. The team of doctors and assistants is also very kind and attentive, making every visit a pleasant experience.

Came for an exam as a new patient, starting by the front desk, Ale was very helpful with scheduling my appointment. Mari was exceptional and very professional she answered all of my questions and was very careful at performing the cleaning I needed. When I finally spoke Dr. Lau he made sure I was taken care of and set up a plan for me that would work with my possibilities. I made the best choice by choosing this office, can’t wait to come back in 2 weeks.

I came in because my filling broke. And I was honestly very nervous.But from the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel completely taken care of. Fabi did an amazing job with the hygiene and kept me comfortable the entire time. My crown appointment was with Dr. Adam, assisted by Courtney and Cora, and they were absolutely fantastic. Everything was super professional, and Dr. Adam worked so quickly and confidently that I didn’t even have time to get scared — which is saying a lot, because I’m usually terrified of dentists🫣. They made the whole process feel easy. Kim at the front desk was also incredibly helpful. She guided me through everything, answered all my questions, and even helped me find a payment plan that worked for me. I’m truly grateful for this team. For the first time, I left a dental office feeling calm and well cared for. Highly recommend!

I visited this office in August for a routine exam. The doctor recommended several procedures, including a root canal and a crown for one tooth, along with an additional item that was not covered by my insurance. Out of caution, I recently sought a second opinion. To my surprise, the second dentist said that neither a root canal nor a crown was needed — a simple filling would be sufficient, plus a deep cleaning. The contrast between the two treatment plans was quite noticeable. I understand that different dentists may have different approaches, but the discrepancy made me feel a bit uncertain. I hope this feedback helps other patients make informed decisions.

Dr. Lee has been my dentist for many years. He's always willing to listen to my dental issues & suggest the best course to fix them. He's also up on the cutting edge of technology & has the newest gadgets in his offices.

Started going here about a year ago. Had some fillings and a root canal with a crown and have been back for a cleaning since. The doctors are great and did good work. The hygienists, dental assistants and office staff are are super pleasant and friendly. I'm bad with names, but I just saw Eduarda and she did a great cleaning for me.
