Dr. Reyes, Roy, and the entire staff at Eastwood Dental are absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the timing was excellent—no long waits, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Dr. Reyes took the time to clearly explain my treatment options and, most importantly, the reasoning behind why a specific treatment was recommended. I never felt rushed or confused, and all my questions were answered in a way that was easy to understand. Roy and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great dental care with clear communication and excellent service.

From inception to completion, my dental experience was very pleasant. The staff was very attentive and informative (reception, X-ray tech, Troy, Suzanna, Doc). The office use of up to date technology was very impressive. Staff was very knowledgeable and answered my questions in a way that I understood. Overall I would recommend this off for your next dental appointment. I only gave it a four because I like to leave room for improvement😊.

The front was very kind and and quick to get me an appointment. Mauribel (the hygienist) was great! She was very thorough with the cleaning and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Dr Reyes is very knowledgeable and kind. He has great bedside manners

For many years my panic for needels have kept me from having the smile I dreamed of until I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Reyes and his great staff. Dr. Reyes expained the process with patience and understanding of my fear to needles. I scheduled and appointment for a procedure and it all went as explained, no fear, very comfortable. Today I can say that the process for a healthy denture and a great smile has begun. I finally found a dentist and staff I can trust. 👍

Maribel, my dental hygienist, was gentle, thorough, and incredibly professional—she explained every step of the cleaning and made me feel completely comfortable. Vanessa at the front desk was so welcoming and made check-in and scheduling effortless. The entire staff is very friendly, attentive, and made the visit feel smooth from start to finish. Eastwood Dental is awesome! Dr. Reyes is exceptional, very professional and honest, no upselling or pressure at all. Maribel was super friendly and did an amazing job from start to finish. The whole office has a great vibe and makes you feel comfortable right away. Highly recommend!

I was a patient at this facility for almost three years, and during that time it became very clear that management is more focused on sales tactics than on genuine patient care. At nearly every routine cleaning, I was pushed to buy unnecessary add‑on services like special gum solutions or fluoride treatments that only offer minimal, short‑term benefits. It felt more like an upsell than actual dental advice. Over the years, I also noticed that two out of the three dental hygienists left the office. That alone made me question what was happening behind the scenes. On top of that, it seemed like management pressured the hygienists to recommend deep cleaning treatment plans to certain patients—even when they weren’t truly needed—just to bring in more money from both the patient and the insurance company. I eventually left to get a second opinion, and during my first visit at the new office, I received a regular cleaning. No mention of needing a deep cleaning at all. That confirmed my suspicion that I was being told to undergo unnecessary procedures. It’s disappointing to see a dental office prioritize profit over honesty and patient trust. I’m glad I made the decision to leave, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place!!
