What a team! The moment I walked through the door I was greeted by two very pleasant ladies (Millie and Abby). They made me feel really comfortable. Everything was on time and professionally done. Dr. Morales was very friendly and informative. He was very detailed in his explanation of the treatment needed. The whole process was a very smooth experience. Massiel and Helen (Dental Assistants) were very attentive, and also explained in detail the process of the treatment while smiling (of course they work in a dental office :)). Maria (DH) also took few minutes to pass by and say hello, also with a beautiful smile. The office ambiance makes one feels welcome and relaxed. The background music has a great variety of songs suitable for all music lovers. Even Dr. Morales sang a few lyrics while working. One more comment: even the restroom have an impeccable cleanliness and the decorations are delicate and eye catching. So if anyone is looking for a dental office that provides optimal service, that office is East Orlando Dental. I highly recommend it without any reservation.

Dr. Morales in Helen Was phenomenal my service It was impeccable. I’m so satisfied I can’t Stop smiling I want the world to know how beautiful my smile is thanks to Mr. Morales and Helen. I’m extremely satisfied with their work… I would highly recommend anybody there. They really take care of their customers. We’re not only customers we become family.

I had an amazing experience at the dentist office today as my first visit. From the time I made the appointment and for future ones, I like how quick they were able to get me in based off my schedule. Staff are extremely pleasant. Dr Morales was extremely knowledgeable, took his time and explained everything step by step to make me feel soon like "Hollywood" as he put it. Thank you all again.

This was my first office visit, starting new patient care so I was a bit apprehensive on my visit. We'll let me tell you between my Dental Assistant Millly, and Dr. Morales I felt at ease and so comfortable with my care and plan moving forward. So to finalize when I checked out I am so glad that I chose East Orlando Dental to start my Dental care!! Thank you to the hygienist and front staff as well. Great team!!

My wife had an appointment earlier this month was told to comeback today27th Jan 2026. One she was recommended a service that she really didn’t need. Was overcharged and supposed to be getting a refund. Excellent!!! but, why the over charge and only did the front bottom teeth and then say it’s not bad you really didn’t need it. This by dentist. Never going back. Seems like lack of communication or charging for stuff that’s not necessary. Run that refund back ASAP!! Can’t even trust a family dentistry without being taken advantage of. I’m glad I didn’t go with her cause it would’ve taken a different course. #return the money and if you had any dignity you would refund full amount. Taking advantage of a woman is not a good idea!
