Highway K Dental Care

I lost a crown late in the day while visiting my daughter. Because the tooth had been bothering me before, I knew I couldn’t get in to see a dentist where I lived. Highway K Dental Care accepted my call at 4:30 in the afternoon, and provided an appointment within a couple of days. They were sympathetic, considerate and more than competent.

Every experience I have had at Highway K dental has been terrific. They have been communicative and open regarding billing and insurance, and have taken accountability and made accommodations when inevitable mistakes have been made. Their dental hygienists have been friendly and patient with my kids, and they have gentle hands! If you’ve ever been to a dentist, you know how important that is! 😅

I have taken my kids here twice. They seem to be soooo patient with them, especially my 5 year old that has never been to a dentist and was terrified. Katelyn (dental assistant) was the one we recently had and she went ABOVE and beyond with them that I requested her every time. I hope this picture doesn’t cross the line for posting, but I just had to take it.

First time visiting a dentist office in quite a few years. The staff is excellent and helped me feel at ease during the appointment. Highly recommended, A+++

Everyone at this office is amazing. I haven’t been to the dentist in years due to past dental experiences. They made me feel so comfortable and answered all the questions I had and took all my concerns seriously. Can’t wait till my teeth are where I want them to be on this journey.

Good experience, friendly staff would recommend (although appointments are sometimes canceled by them, and rescheduled appointments are a long wait.) But overall I'll give them 2 thumbs up. 👍👍
