Allison & Dr. Conover were amazing! The environment & atmosphere was very clean and welcoming. Both ladies were very professional and informative. Dr. Conover listened, explained and was so friendly. Dr Conover is the BEST! And not just her but the whole team from the front desk, to the dental hygienist, and even the oral surgeon they brought in when I needed my tooth removed! All of the team gave A+ service! Would recommend no matter what you need and they definitely work with you whether you have no, cruddy, or the best insurance! I never feel pressured to do anything I don’t want to do. Even the office staff who work with the insurance and finance companies bent over backwards to help me see how low I can get my cost and how I can best split up things so I can pay over time and not just go without because my issuance didn’t cover something I needed! They are patient, kind, and make sure you feel your best! I switch myself and my two kids over to be seen here. Everyone here is friendly and professional! I accidentally showed up 30 minutes before my appointment time and I was seen right away!! I had my first fillings done here and the doctor and staff made me feel SO comfortable. Very clean and great atmosphere. My husband and I love this office and recommend to anyone needing a new dentist!

My family has been coming here for years! We all love Dr Gulley! The staff is so welcoming and their enthusiasm for their jobs shows how much they care. Kristin is so friendly and attentive. She makes my daughter feel comfortable at every appointment!

I was having a dental emergency and self booked online around 130am on 02.04, and was able to be seen at 915am with Dr. Sarah Conover. I was SHOCKED to get in that soon not as a current patient. I received a call at 730am to get details and payment option and a quote to which I agreed to and was again, shocked because it was much more affordable than I expected without insurance at the moment. I cannot remember her name (I’m sorry!) but she was incredibly kind and patient with me, and repeated that same demeanor upon my arrival, to which I was seen immediately. The hygienist was quick, upbeat and polite, engaging and very thorough in explaining each step as we went since I was new. Once Dr. Conover arrived, she continued the same compassion as everyone else, and determined I was having a medical issue not a dental, to which my primary doctor (finally) contacted me during the appointment to agree. The total was extremely less than I anticipated, and am so pleased with them that I have made them my dentist now!

Overall, I never know what to expect when I go to the dentist office. I have severe anxiety when it comes to all things dental— so much so that at the age of 30, I had to have a full dental extraction, and that was a scary experience. From November 2024 to present day (Feb 2026), there has been one staff member who consistently makes me feel at ease, not ignorant, she’s empathetic, she’s a real human too and she understands how to navigate real humans and their real emotions. All of this to say, if it weren’t for Chloe popping in, checking on me, going the extra mile, offering her knowledge and experience along the way, I truly believe I would NOT enjoy my time in the office, nor leave without crippling anxiety, if it weren’t for Miss Chloe. So big, big shout outs to Chloe— thank you, friend. I appreciate you so much more than words could ever express!!

I wanna start by saying that I thought this was a great office, based on how they treated me and recent reviews. HOWEVER, after getting a second opinion from Another Dentist, I realized that they were going to charge me almost $7000 for two " Root canals, " a cavity, and an extensive deep clean. When I got that second opinion, it turned out that I just have two crowns, and I have to get a refill for an old cavity, and that isn’t even gonna cost me $1k. Also, the other Dentist and I did laugh at that deep cleaning part. Where they got the idea that I had to have two root canals and a deep clean, I don’t know, but I would suggest anyone look elsewhere if they want a new dentist, and certainly don’t go to a corporate Dentist operation.
