I cannot recommend Rancho Dental and Dr. Arranz enough. After dealing with multiple ongoing dental issues, I was searching for a dentist who was not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring and gentle. I found all of that and more with Dr. Arranz. From my very first visit, Dr. Arranz took the time to understand my concerns and create a comprehensive plan. Her work is truly excellent, and she has a remarkable ability to put patients at ease. If you are looking for a dentist who provides top-notch care with a compassionate touch, look no further.

It took me a few years to find Dr. Arranz after my dentist of 40 years retired. A hard act to follow. After visiting about 10 dentists from small to ridiculously large offices, I found Dr. Arranz. She is real, she is compassionate, she is lovely, and she is a stellar dentist. And her office staff is the same, very approachable and knowledgable. I would recommend her and Rancho Dental to anyone who asks.

I've been to Dr. Arranz for a few years now and am always impressed by her and her staff. I've recommended her to my sisters and they love her too. Nothing pretentious about her office, and she too is very down to earth and friendly. I just had a crown put on and it is perfect! She made sure of that, and again, I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a great dentist. Update on that review: I needed some cosmetic repair and I was so impressed by the time and care Dr.Arranz and her assistant took to do the job beautifully. Couldn't be better!

A wonderful experience every time. The entire staff is super welcoming and friendly. Dr. Elvira is extremely caring and very professional. My husband and I love getting our dental needs done here. We would recommend Dr. Elvira to anyone who is looking for a great dentist.

I still love Dr. Arranz. It is a pleasure to go to the dentist! She is always thorough, meticulous and hums while she works. Her staff are friendly and helpful. Her prices are reasonable and she doesn't push you to have procedures until they actually need to be done. I appreciate having such a great dentist.
