If your insurance is HMO , then be prepared to wait on average 30-45 minutes in the chair. Only for the Dr. to see you then you get to be told all kinds of help your gums, teeth, need work. They try very hard to pressure sales to you. Then you wait and wait and wait, then the dr. Actually refused to do my teeth cleaning after waiting for an hour in that chair. I was told I need deep cleaning and need laser treatment which will cost out of pocket $500. Sadly we don’t count as patients since we happen to be with Kaiser and HMO NOT PPO. I have no other explanation for this horrible experience. Every time I visit any of this Del Oro smile offices. Or their so called " sister " office. P.S. I wrote this review while waiting for this Dr. show up. Still waiting! Horrible experience each time. by the way, I’m 69 year old female patient who have been seeing dentist on a regular basis my entire life I have never experienced this kind of treatment from these groups of so-called (Sister) companies corruptions is written all over it. $$$ not patient is their number one priority.

I came in for a basic partial. Not much money living on social security. I explained this to the doctor and she accommodated me. They took impressions the next couple of weeks I came back and my partial was done. They put it in my mouth, adjusted a couple of spots and it was perfect. I had been trying for months to get somebody that would do what I asked them to do. I am so pleased! I highly recommend them.

Everyone was very friendly. Viviana was wonderful to work with, she was understanding and confident they could help me. Office is clean. It was hard to understand a couple of the staff who were wearing masks. I wish they would have talked louder. I wish the process of my dental treatment plan was made a little more clear. But I was in middle of a treatment plan and moved dental offices to Del Oro. They seem to be busy with last minute patients needing more extensive treatment plans. We were interrupted twice with another dental assistant asking doctor about next steps with said patient. Overall I’m happy with services I received so far.

I saw Bronwen Collins (B), the RDH at Del Oro Smiles and she was fantastic! From start to finish she made me feel at ease. She was very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor, I almost forgot I was at the dentist. The laser treatment is a must do, made my entire mouth feel refreshed. I highly recommend B and the dentists at Del Oro smile for all of your dental needs! I look forward to my next visit!

I had an amazing experience at this dental office . Everyone is so welcoming and special shoutout to Dr. Brar. She is so gentle and thorough. I chipped my lower front tooth and she did a phenomenal job at filling . Can’t even tell which tooth it was !!

Xingxing the dental hygienist did such a good job and no pain at all. I felt very comfortable and very happy with my results!! New smile!! I also had a root canal done by Dr Saremi and she was awesome!!! She made me feel so comfortable and did great job. The staff here is amazing.
