I’ve decided to leave a review because I wouldn’t like anyone to have the same experience I had. I was looking for a dentist for my lower left side where I have deep pain and unable to bite or chew down. So I looked through reviews and locations and found this dental office who has very good reviews. However, it turned out a lot different than I expected nor from the reviews. The result is that I still can't use my lower left side and had the same intense deep pain for about a year. Dentist Dale and his staff will single out on patients and express unpleasant attitudes. He is very defensive and is not willing to work with you unless you complement. But I still was unable to use where the work was done. He assumed that I got a nerve damaged during the treatment. And he didn’t do nor wanted to with it so I was left with no choice but giving it a time to heal itself. After 6 months of getting the work done, one of the staff called me for a courtesy to follow up or for a regular check up. So I let her know that I’m still having the same level of pain so I will skip this time. But then another 6 months later I still have the same pain so I called for a prescription to refill the antibiotic. Dentist Dale told me to visit him for an examination so I went there right away. He and his staff so obviously didn’t want me to be there at all and Dentist Dale wasn’t knowing what to do nor wanted to do work on the pain. I was being very patient and tried not to raise an argument by saying that it’s not that I doubt your work but I just want to get rid of the pain. Then dentist Dale started saying neurology, cosmetics, so on and on… and looking for a way to brush me out of there. I paid whatever they charged me for. If anyone asked me to vote for this place then it would be " there are plenty more dental offices out there".

Dr. Jeong does everything except for implants, our family has been seeing him for about 20 years and keep coming back after seeing other dentists on and off. If you have difficult dental problem, he's the one to see and he'll give you his honest opinion or refer to a specialist as needed. It's on a quiet street 3 minutes from freeway and you can always park right across the street and be in and out quickly.

I was referred by a friend to Dr.Jeong and was pleasantly surprised by his manner and competency, having had what I consider the best dentist in the Bay Area.My previous dentist unfortunately has passed away. So as I write this review I have been seen by Dr.Jeong 4 or 5 times for some pretty serious dental issues and he is a great dentist...Old school..,he does not preform unnecessary things and can almost do it all. Root canals,bonding etc... Without reservation, a really good dentist.Cool funky location.

Absolutely the BEST DENTIST EVER! He is honest and passionate about oral health. He educates his patients about oral care. He really cares about his patients. I will pay out pocket just to have Dr care for my teeth. Dr & staff are very welcoming

Dr. Being explained the procedure he was about to do in terms that I can understand. That helped put me at ease. And, he was quick. I was in and out within 90 min! That included exam,x-rays, procedure explanation, numbing, pulling the tooth and paying and schedualling a follow up appt! All within 90 min! FANTASTIC!!!

Dr. Jeong very knowledgeable, flexible and caring. Been going to him over ten years. He will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.
