Absolutely the best dental team I’ve ever met! From moment one, the entire staff was compassionate, thoughtful, thorough, and genuine. They actively listened to me and heard me. As a person with a phobia of going to the dentist, I can’t state enough how their active compassion soothed and comforted me. This office overflows with true professionalism and has earned my vote for the best of the best!!!

This place is the dopest lol!! I felt like I had been coming here for years the way they treated me in my first visit! Very professional and comfortable and trust me I’m a huge skeptic on dentists, I take pride in my teeth and don’t mess around when looking for someone to do the treatment on my pearly whites. Completely recommend these guys!

I absolutely love this place. Every staff member here treats you like family. They remember those small details you share about your life, they are gentle and caring with their dental work, and they educate you on dental hygiene without shaming or making you feel any sort of way. I started coming here after a spout of not getting dental care for quite some time and I have never felt embarrassed or shamed coming here. They really care!! I will never go anywhere else!!

I never get less than a stellar experience at Mountain Springs Dental. Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable, but no one shines quite as bright as my hygienist Kadyn. Her recommendations have improved my oral health and she is so gentle! Couldn’t recommend a better dental office.

I stopped going 3 1/2 years ago after 20 years going to Dr garner when he worked in the other dental offices next to the the one he had. He was a good dentist and I trusted him. He told me I needed to fix my bite and my teeth aren’t crooked except for one bottom tooth. He told me that with time it could cause problems down the road but luckily he was just starting to do Invisalign. (Red flag) but I trusted him and I said I think about. Then next time I had a cleaning he told me that my teeth would benefit from Invisalign because my bite moved more. I was scared that I would have a crooked mouth. I barrow 5,000 and agreed to it. They also charged me extra to shine a purple hand held light in my mouth because it was an oral cancer screening, it took 40 seconds and said you are fine. Thought it was a joke but I was charged 30 dollars. Back to the Invisalign. I was lucky I didn’t need to remove any teeth. My teeth were fine just needed to fix the bite. I was in to much pain wearing those plastic liners. He told me you get used to it and the pain will lessen but it didn’t. At the end of each liner I hurt a bit less but the start of a new one was torture. Had headaches, couldn’t sleep because of the pain. Tears in my eyes. Was miserable. I don’t know how I did it but the 10 months later I could finally be done with them. He told me I had to pay around 300 to get a retainer from Invisalign which I thought was included. The retainer ended up being a much harder plastic and it hurt more and I was in pain had to wear it every night but It was so hard to sleep in them. I went to my check up and my teeth moved. He told me to wear them longer that will help with not hurting so much and stop my teeth from moving. After I months in pain and sleepless nights and headaches I just couldn’t handle wearing my retainer so I stopped and I stopped going to him and found out he retired and couldn’t help but feel like he tried to squeeze the last bit of extra money from his clients. I felt sad. I still felt some pain with my teeth shifting. I thought they would shift back to how they were but they didn’t, now I have a gap in my front teeth my teeth felt weaker and the the last two filings I got done there, one fell out a couple months later and one turned super yellowish brown. I didn’t want to go back. Don’t know what happened to Dr Ray garner why he be great for years and then changed. I haven’t been to a dentist since. If anyone knows a good honest dentist let me know.

Had a cleaning today at the dental office. Molly is so good at what she does. The whole office is amazing! Friendly yet professional!

This was the best dentist experience of my life. Every person who helped me was so kind, understanding, and helpful. Amanda was my hygienist and she was AMAZING–extremely knowledgeable, explained everything she was doing and why, super empathic, and did a fantastic job. I truly have nothing but good things to say!
