Walmart Supercenter

Terrible service. Probably the worst Walmart experience I’ve ever had. I went in to get only one jewelry item that I had already tried getting at two other Walmarts nearby. I asked seven different employees to help me and they left me waiting for about half an hour or told me to get someone to help. One employee at the customer service desk was not helping anyone even though there was a line. She was on her phone and ignored the customers. I don’t know if she was on her break or not, even so, she shouldn’t have been on her phone in front of customers - that’s not professional. After I got her attention, she (with a bad attitude) went over the intercom to call someone to help. I think the worst part of this situation was that, when I looked at her badge, it said Team Lead. That is not a good look for this location and honestly, Walmart. The way I was treated and how much I asked for help without getting ANY help was unacceptable. This is an oversight by the management - please hire people that want to help. Especially if they are wearing blue vests that say, "Happy to help".

Horrible customer service! I’m here out of town and ran in for a shirt. The sign shows $5.98. It rung up as $10.98. The person at the register sent me to customer service. Customer service sent me to apparel. Apparel sent me to the manager. She was super rude talking about what you telling me for or something like that. Then, the person at customer service checking $10 bills for counterfeit. I’ll spend my money elsewhere!

If I could give this interaction less than one star, I would. I came to purchase a Nerf-style football clearly marked for $1 for my young nephew, but when it wouldn’t scan at self-checkout, I was sent to customer service. While waiting, two employees openly gossiped about a colleague right at the counter, while checking out a patron, which was already unprofessional. When it was finally my turn, the representative first said the price would be honored, then abruptly changed her mind—sharing unnecessary information about how another associate had tried to buy one earlier. I let her know that the sticker was on it when I found it and she stated that she had not accused me of changing the price. Finally, the male employee jumped in and he eventually, honored the original price, but the entire exchange was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. No customer should be treated this way .

Welp that was the last time I’m gonna let this bakery stress me out right before my son’s birthday. I ordered his cake well over a week in advance to wake up 4 days before his party to a text message " due to technical difficulties my order was cancelled". Just say you can’t keep a cake decorator because your store sucks. I won’t ever come back to this location this is twice you have done this to me with less than a week to try and scramble to find a cake for my son. Thank goodness for the lovely lady at food lion on little creek in ocean view my son will have a cake at his party. Walmart would have just left us hanging since I can’t even get anyone to answer the phone.

Everything you need is at Wally's world! I'm visiting from out of town and needed a few things so I came here and they had everything I needed.

Me and 3 other people waited here for help. Worker came then left 3 times. The 4th time I told here we need stuff out of lock up. She rolled her eyes said whatever and walked off. Dont go here the workers are rude and no help.

Came in to get a money order and was treated very rudely by staff. I had the money on the counter and Janae decided to yell across the store for a manager instead of being discreet. The manager Theresa came over told me I couldn’t do it, they didn’t explain anything and were giving me attitude and rolling their eyes. They refused to give me the store managers information. Told me I could call the 1-800- WALMART number if I wanted to file a complaint and walked away as I was asking her a question. I had to go to electronics where the lady kindly told me that the store managers info was listed near the front doors. Theresa and Janae had very nasty attitudes from start to finish. I will be filing a formal complaint.
