Konikoff Family Dentistry - Brambleton

I normally don’t leave reviews for Konikoff Dental on Brambleton in Norfolk—even though their staff is always nice and professional—but this time I just had to say something. Huge shoutout to the amazing team, and especially to Shomar! 🙌 Late Friday afternoon, I had a painful tooth issue, and I was dreading the idea of suffering through the weekend. But Shomar went above and beyond—she actually came into the office after hours to take care of it. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that. Her dedication, kindness, and professionalism truly saved my weekend. Thank you so much for going the extra mile! Rosa Gray ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience. The doctors and assistants are all so pleasant and helpful. They always do a great job for me and my appointment went very smoothly.

I am so sorry to have to give a poor review, when I joined this practice as a patient a year ago they were amazing. Unfortunately since that time the service has become appallingly bad. Getting a dental cleaning appointment has become difficult as they don’t have enough hygienists, They are unresponsive, have poor follow up and recently charged me just shy of $700 for new retainers and 6 weeks later still haven’t followed up. As a result of poor communication they failed to order a new crown which resulted in an 8 week delay. I recently had taken my older parents here because they had been so great and unfortunately every time they have gone in for a cleaning there seems to be a new $1000 treatment they need or teeth need to be pulled which is staggering as they have had excellent dental care and good oral hygiene their entire lives. Now I need to find a new dentist to re-evaluate my 80 year old parents to figure out what is really going on. I can’t speak to the quality of other offices, I have reached out to another office to help get to the bottom of my retainers but I would avoid the Brambleton office if you can.

Good vibes! Great professional atmosphere. Reputation for quality. Excited to begin my new journey of restoration with them! No doubt! As a matter of fact; each visit gets better! Peace and Love ( where there’s Peace- you’ll find Love) ❤️

My dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The hygienist was gentle and thorough, and I never felt rushed. The facility was clean and well-organized, and overall the care felt very professional.

Very short wait, brought to exam room and attended immediately by charming technician. After many x-rays, doctor appeared and quickly diagnosed the problem and offered perfect solution for me. After 2 quick procedures I was wrapped up and on my way. 2+ hours had gone by so quickly and everything (and more!) had been done to my liking. Could not have asked for a better visit to the dentist!! Quick (for all that got done), painless, and pleasant. 5 stars!

The people make the Konikoff operation so great. I am currently seeing Jennifer there, who is so talented and a pleasure to deal with. And Kris has been so wonderful to deal with over the years - In addition to others. The McCoy family
