I recently had a dental crown placed at Newport Smiles, and I can’t thank the entire team enough for an outstanding experience! What impressed me most was that the whole process—from prep to final placement—was completed in just 3.5 hours on the same day. I’ve never had a crown done so quickly before, and it was amazing to walk out with a permanent restoration instead of dealing with a temporary one and multiple visits. They use advanced onsite technology to mill and craft the crown right there in the office (I took the picture of the machine) which made everything seamless and efficient. The fit and feel of my new crown are absolutely perfect—it looks natural, matches my other teeth beautifully, and feels completely comfortable with no adjustments needed. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. Dr. Puri and the assistant Dylan did top-notch work with great attention to detail. The minute I walked in Misty was so welcoming, gracious and listened so intently on what was going on with me. She did not stop there she worked with my insurance and helped to find cost savings for me. She was extremely kind caring and helpful. If I wasn’t visiting from Missouri I would make Newport Smiles my permanent dental care home. I received such amazing care from Dr Puri and Dylan. They were amazing, such compassion, the willingness to treat my issue to completion was amazing. Highly highly recommend. Wonderful experiences with all of the team members! Both Dr. Puri & Dr. J truly treat each patient with compassion. Insurance companies make it so difficult to understand my benefits, however the team navigated it so well and left me relieved that I didn’t have to spend so much time looking through my policy. Dr. Puri was amazing. She numbed me with injection and didn’t even feel it. The whole staff communicated with me the whole way through. So nice and calming. Through the whole procedure as well. The dental assistance was commutative and so nice. Everyone is so professional. The office is so high tec and inviting. The best experience I have ever had. Honestly.
