I had a wonderful experience with my zoom teeth whitening appointment. Dr Nili and her technician were both very swwwt. Dr Nili spent some time to go over my teeth condition and the procedure. I don’t get the technician’s name but she was very attentive and made sure I was ok during the teeth whitening session. Would recommend

I found an amazing deal online for Zoom treatment using Groupon to gift to my son. At first we difficulty reaching the dental office and left several messages. I even had my son stop by the Newport Beach office but no one was at the front desk (presumably all in the back working). I then finally received a call from the doctor herself Dr. Nili after hours. She explained that they were all booked up until September and would need to see my son’s teeth before the treatment to see if he was a good candidate for Zoom. My son promptly sent her the pics and she expressed that he was and didn’t need a cleaning prior. She also said she would put him on the cancellation list to try to get him in soon. Within 48 hours she was able to get in. I’ve never seen my soon look so proud and happy with his teeth. I highly recommend this doctor as I’ve never experienced such follow up and personal attention like this with a dental office and the doctor herself. Just be patient on communication!
