I’m giving 3 stars due to my experience with two male doctors who I felt tried to minimize the pain I was experiencing. That said, the students were knowledgeable, and my extraction went smoothly. Huge shoutout to Briana, Sydney, and the dentist who performed my extraction 😃— they were calm, caring, and reassuring. Thanks to them, I feel 10,000x better. Overall, it’s decent dental care, but always remember to advocate for yourself even if others talk you out of it!!!!
Great experience! My son has his wisdom tooth removed yesterday and the whole process was very smooth. Staff were friendly and diligent. He got his other 2 removed last year in a different place and he got pain for days. Today he went to college like nothing happened. Thank you so much 🌸
I had a very disappointing experience during my daughter’s dental visit today. This man who attended to us was extremely unprofessional. His attitude was rude, and his body language made it clear that he didn’t want to be there to help us figure a solution. The way he spoke to me was disrespectful and completely unacceptable, especially in a setting where patients and parents should feel comfortable and supported. As a parent, I expect courtesy, professionalism, and compassion from anyone working in a dental clinic and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected, which should never happened. I truly hope management addresses this behavior so that no other family has to experience the same treatment. At one point, he even told me to "prioritize" my daughter which was both very disrespectful and completely inappropriate to say to a parent.
Don’t waste your time like I did! This place is disgusting. Rusty equipment, dirty like someone spit stuff all over the walls, chairs, floor .. everywhere! I was waiting for a rat to run by my feet! The students and dentists judge you so much. I caught one student giving dirty looks to the student that was helping me. Than that same student and another student were talking about how some woman who was just there was so mad she didn’t get work done and had to leave. That’s ridiculous! That’s no way to speak about a potential patient! Someone who’s in pain & doesn’t speak English. I pray that woman doesn’t go back there. The "dentist" that came to check on my students work was rude to her calling her names. I felt like I was on a prank show! When I walked out I asked for my referral back and the one who was giving the dirty looks was looking at me from down the hall shaking her head no. Those students aren’t going to get far in life in they’re all acting like that & have "dentists" like that helping them.
Everyone was very friendly and polite. I went in had my tooth extracted and was done. I have to go back and I know I will receive great care.
Had an amazing experience at RSDM! I saw student Dr. Omar Khan who was very professional, respectful, and operated on my teeth with the utmost care. Will definitely be back to see student Dr. Khan :))
My visit started out being positive as far as the mid-2000's. Off and visits. New xrays with each new student starting . New opinions. It was awful! Last year the student questioned the supervisor the necessity of a root canal located in fron of a one-tooth bridge. The supervisor said no endo treatment was needed and one week later the one-tooth bridge had to be removed because it hit an underlying nerve in which caused pain on top of my head. A neurologist suggested that the bridge be taken out and have the tooth of the bridge to be cut down and replaced. Instead of doing that instead of a reimbursement of over $2,000 they (Dr. Conte) coerced me to sign a Settlement Agreement instead of a reimbursement. Some lawyer. He will be reported for ill advisement. Back to the endo. I've had several endos done in the past elsewhere. Never had to do follow ups on a tooth that was suppose to be done properly. Over 27 miles one way I had to endure for a supervisor who misinformed the student doctor no endo was needed then ended up in pain after the one-tooth bridge behind the questioned endo tooth started hurting. Dr. Conte further embarrassed me by calling me "crazy" before his staff because I was confused as to what floor I was on (thinking it was the same floor that my dental work was done on). He believed me for a few minutes himself. So who is crazy because we were on the same floor of his office. He ought to know better. He works there--not me! The Settlement Agreement was vague at the end as to further being a patient. He lied to me and said if I don't sign the agreement, I would be terminated from the clinic and not get my check. I knew I had to sign to get my money back and to remain as a patient. Turns out that after 4 cleanings and checking the endo done about 5 times Dr. Conte recently terminated me while having my teeth clean two weeks ago while in the chair. Even the kind hygienist suddenly became wicked. They also had the nerve to charge me for the visits due to their improper judgement. Mind you he's (Dr. Conte) the Director had already violated and broke this so called should have been agreement which should have been an reimbursement. Plus if you disagree with something and absolutely refuse treatment, they will kick you out of the program. I had an outside opinion against theirs and two of their doctors opined that the treatment was not necessary!! Not including an outside opinion. Again. Who is crazy now? What he did and said was unethical, unprofessional and immoral. If it cost him his job, I'll be praying for him and plan to take it to a legal level involving his corrupt attorney. They both need their licenses terminated. NOT EVERONE IS CRAZY OR STUPID!! DR. CONTE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! SETTLEMENT FOR A REIMBURSEMENT IS ILLEGAL!!
