I was due for my six months cleaning and had the pleasure to be serviced by Dental Hygienist, Lesley. She did an amazing job. She was very knowledgeable and informative. She showed me, she cared, understanding, and relatable to me. Next time I return, I will be requesting her moving forward and if she changed locations, I would definitely follow her.

I love this place the people who work here are amazing EVERYONE THERE coming from a person who is scared of the dentist. My dentist makes me comfortable she answers my questions always having her staff fight with insurance. Dr.Hannah you are the best Thank you

Thank Dr. Gaines and receptionist Aisha for caring about my well being I was going to cancel my appointment but they made sure I didn't because of my high copay. I left the officer and Dr. Gaines sent Aisha after me we fixed the situation and I was seen. Thank you ladies we need more people who love there careers as much as these ladies do.

Stay away. Appointments are 3 months away. They say they called but yet no missed call or voicemail in the call log. They say the claim is denied. When I called the insurance company the claim was never submitted.

I am had a broken infected tooth removed by Dr Baron and his assistant was Anna. They both were so very kind to me. I was very nervous and they reassured me with their patience and kindness. Dr Baron did not just leave after the procedure... he stayed and gently gave me instructions as did Anna. After searching for weeks, I came all the way from PA because of my husband's insurance. And I am very happy I did. The ladies at the front desk were also kind and greeted me with respect!!

Had a great experience , got right in for my appointment and all went great. Pleasant associates, Bebalin Rivera was very helpful and informative. Made going to the dentist a pleasure. Thanks to all.

The Newark office unfortunately did not meet my expectations and I do not recommend this location. I had 3 visits to the Newark office and expeditiously changed them from my insurance!! During my visits, I encountered issues related to the staff's inexperience and lack of knowledge. I gave them 2 visits for cleaning with noted poorly skilled hygienists, and 1 failed consultation due to reading incompetence from the front window to the Office manager to the Dentist. Hygienists were not the best but fair in hearing your concerns and addressing it. I received a referral from my orthodontist for a composite buildup; however, I was quoted for veneers instead. After clarification from my orthodontist that I only needed build ups, I was informed by the office manager at Dental Associates, Marco, that the dentist there recommended veneers instead of what the orthodontist referred. I attempted to speak directly with Dr. Henna multiple times but was unable to reach her, as she was reportedly unavailable. There was never teaching and education provided during the visits. It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the referral, and following my orthodontist's advice, I decided to change dentists. This has resulted in a one-month wait for my new appointment, or the necessity of paying out of pocket, all due to the miscommunication and oversight at Dental Associates. I believe that both Dr. Henna and Marco fell short in their responsibilities regarding my care, which has led to considerable inconvenience due to their incompetence. Additionally, the location poses challenges, particularly with parking. Given my experience, I cannot recommend the Newark office and hope that steps are taken to improve the level of service provided to patients. I am also in the medical profession and the level of service absolutely disgusted me. I would sign a petition to shut it down if I could.
