Dr. Hyun Kyu Song, Dds

I originally had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. After receiving treatment, I was left with one broken filling and another with issues, both due to their work. When I reached out to report the problem, I was met with limited communication and felt unsupported during a time when I was in pain and needed help. I ended up seeking care elsewhere, which resolved the dental issues but added financial and emotional stress. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the dentist later reached out and took responsibility for what happened. Dr. Song apologized on behalf of his staff and assured me that these communication issues won’t be an issue in the future. He issued a reimbursement to help offset the costs I incurred, which I appreciate. While my initial experience left a lot to be desired, I respect that Dr. Song made an effort to make things right.

Okay so I just arrived at my next appointment waiting to write this review and I must say Dr. hyun Kyu Song is an excellent dentist. Clean office, nice smell, and very sanitary. And the workers are lovely to look at and to speak to... Never seen one nasty eye. Anyway I don't know him very well due to the fact that I am not his patient but I am Lisa patient. I was transferred over to him during my exam and I must say his patience is bare to minimum when it comes down to it. I met his kind assistant and I guess she made a mistake on whatever and the way he spoke to her so harsh toned annoyed me a little. And I can see that I guess she didn't take it very well cause she got quiet and barely spoke through my visit. Upon arriving she greeted me and told me she is a new assistant to Dr. Song and asked me for my name. I hope he treats her a little bit better on her journey and I hope she stays kind to all the patients that come. Don't lose that spirit girl. Other then that I had no issues and I will be seeing them again very soon. I wanted my post to be anonymous as to not affect my visit and that's that. Just treat the patients as kind as you do your workers

Excellent dental office. Dr. Hyun Kyu Song and his staff are exceptional! Super clean office. State of the art equipment and technology. Very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Great experience!

dr. song uses the gentle touch numbing needles. Hardly any discomfort after the initial pinch. He is a master at pain-free numbing. he is extremely service oriented and ready to do the necessary dental work at short notice. mThat’s why I give him five stars. Dr. song did my Gold crowns and bridges many years ago. I spent approximately $30,000 at that time. Gold Weight 350 grams. Now that I have them all taken out have given them to him a few weeks ago . I checked online the minimum going rate $15 per gram assuming it’s 10 karat gold, Dr. song does all the dental work for myself and my family so I’ll just leave the golf with him . He maintains s perfect record of all the treatments that have been done in the past and going forward in the future so he’s very professional with his accounting. You can trust him. Very and does an excellent job never a problem Very positive and can do attitude. He has made Dentures for me that is so like my real teeth that no other Dentist could even dream about. I love it! Dr.Song was not a good match for me. I notice that he goes to different offices,which is where I find that a little puzzling.

Dr. Song is very professional and kind and the staff are nice and helpful.
