Just don’t…the lack of care just permeates all over from this place. From the lack of call backs and follow up from dental staff on appointments to the lack of compassion and direct communication (sorry: multiple text messages aren’t real communication) on charges of services from Susan in the Financial office is just too extreme…it was made abundantly clear to me that my care doesn’t matter- but my insurance coverage and immediate payments do. Early on I was told by Susan in the Financial office that we "had great insurance and that they would pay 100%…"only then to find out later that wasn’t true. Then Susan proceeded to hound me with MULTIPLE text messages and demanded prepayment of services. Even when I requested a simple payment plan, she refused QUICKLY and then QUICKLY sending me more text messages, demanding I either private pay or go get Care Credit….very cold and uncaring…. I should have listened to my husband the first time when he said "don’t do it," but I wanted to give them a try. I believed in Dr Joanne, even after multiple mistakes, mishaps and oversights by her staff…But after being harassed by Susan in the Financial office yesterday about how payments are required 7 days before you arrive for your appointment," I’m done. I’m taking my cash and going to find a new periodontist…I’d rather stop the chaos now and just go find another practice who has a caring and communicative staff who can get me the care I need. So disappointing… And I also noticed: there are 1 star reviews on here, but the only responses from this business are to those who gave a positive review. Why is that??? Why are there no resolutions given to those who’ve had obvious issues with this business? Why weren’t they shown or responded to with actual care and concern???

I was very nervous about getting a gum graft procedure, due to genetics and poor management mine were/are failing. Very happy with the result of the first procedure, and so glad I did this. Dr Daniel’s great knowledge in the field and ability to communicate made me feel much more confident with the surgery prior. I was shocked at how quickly it was over honestly. The key to success is following their instructions afterwards, in caring for the area. I’ve got one more procedure to go, in which I’m not too worried about now. Your teeth are too important to your health not to address a gum issue, hopefully I can keep mine for the long haul!

My visit went extremely well. The receptionist and nurse were both kind and professional. My consult with Mr. Dr. Daniels was timely and informative. Dr Daniels conducted his examination and we made a plan. My last part of the visit was with the finance office manager who was friendly, considerate and professional. I left at ease with a smile on my face!😁

I needed to have a gum graft done due to some major gum recession, and chose to go to Dr. Gaydos-Daniel, and the experience was so great throughout, from my consultation to my last post surgery appointment. I was definitely nervous about having the surgery done (I did it in 2 parts), but Dr. Gaydos-Daniel and her staff answered all my questions so that I felt prepared, and made the experience really pain free and pleasant. She was very caring and really listened to my concerns, and I would highly recommend her if you have any periodontal needs. Her staff was also fantastic to work with throughout!

This place absolutely great. Friendly staff. Everyone there is amazing. From the moment I walked in to have my first consultation until post surgery I was more that pleased. They made me feel really at home comfortable during on my procedure I was very well informed on what was going on and what to expect. I had my surgery on Friday and Dr. Daniels even make sure I had his cell phone number in case I had any trouble over the weekend. You hardly ever find anyone that gives you that kind of treatment. I'm so glad I chose this office to do my gum surgery.

I had the best experience with Dr. Daniel and Susan. They took their time, were very reassuring, patient and informative. I felt at ease from the moment I stepped in to the moment I left! Highly recommend to anyone in Middle Tennessee area!

Dr. Gaydos-Daniel and her team are outstanding! As soon as my dentist referred me to their office and I met the team, I knew that I would receive the best care. My case was due to root damage from a shoddy crown performed years ago. The team walked me through each step of the process to the finished product of an implant and crown that are a better fit than any dental work I have ever received. The team’s care and professionalism made the experience as painless and stress-free as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Gaydos-Daniel and her amazing team!
