Excellent experience with my root canal at Dr. Parks. The dentist was calm, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process much easier than I expected. The assistant was great too — very kind, attentive, and reassuring the entire time. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kim-Parks and her assistant, Cassie, were outstanding. The practice was very professional and everyone was so kind. It's unnerving to have a root canal and everyone was encouraging and comforting. I will definitely use this practice again if I need an endodontist. At evening time, I was expecting pain and swelling. I had none. The only time I could tell I had been numbed was when I was cleaning my face. Shots are not a pleasant occurrence, but this was the easiest deadening I've ever had in more than 70 years. I cannot say enough good things about her.

I came into the office nervous about getting a root canal, but the experience completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, personable, and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which immediately put me at ease and helped take away any fear I had. The procedure itself was surprisingly pleasant, and I felt well cared for throughout the entire visit. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about their patients’ comfort and experience. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this office to anyone who might be anxious about dental work. They truly made a difference for me!

Absolutely amazing staff and experience. They were able to get me in quickly and were so friendly and helpful. Cassie was the best!! I hope I don’t need another root canal, but if I do, I will definitely come back to see Dr. Park and team.

I can not say enough about this office and the staff, they are all amazing! I had a root canal about 3 years ago at this office and it was a wonderful experience. Fast forward and I needed another root canal. My dentist gave me two referrals, one for Dr. Park and one for another office. After my last experience here, I couldn't imagine going somewhere else so I called to schedule an appointment. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly. During my root canal Dr. Park and her assistant Cassie asked repeatedly how I was doing and if I was in any pain. They truly care about their patients and how they are doing throughout their procedures. If I need any more endodontic work in the future, this is where I will be coming.

I am absolutely terrified of having any work done on my mouth at all but today’s experience has completely changed how I feel about being at the dentist. Dr. Park was very gentle and understanding of my anxiety. Cassie made me feel at ease and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I cannot believe that I am saying this, but I would do it all over again as long as Cassie and Dr. Park were the ones doing the work. Thank you so very much!!!!!

Highly recommend! I went there for a root canal today ( my first) and they took great care of me. Dr. Melanie Kim- Park and her assistant Noelle were very kind and thoughtful...explained what the procedure involved, made a point several times to ask if I had questions, and throughout the procedure checked to make sure i was doing okay and not feeling any pain. As far as having dental work goes, it was a really good experience and if I need more endodontic work that will be where I will go.
