White River Dental Care

I’ve only had my initial appointment to get things started with my teeth but so far they’ve been fantastic. They scheduled my next visit very promptly as to use my coverage before the year end’s & upcoming appointments to use next years to get me exactly where I need to be. They’ve went out of their way to schedule me for a long visit that will benefit my enormously. Very personalized to me, that means so much when it comes to dental work. Highly recommend these great folks!

I have been going to White River Dental Care for a couple years now and can't say enough about the professional care I have received. Travis is the best hygienist I have seen in years. He takes his time with you and gives great tips on home care. Carrie is very gentle and though with every procedure. The front desk people are very sweet and always have a smile on there face. I am happy to say that I have found the Dental practice that will be my last. No more shopping around.

This Dentist and Staff go above and beyond and provide excellent care to their patients. If you are looking for a new dentist or have teeth in bad shape like I did, do not hesitate to call this office and schedule an evaluation. You will not be disappointed.

I came in 10 minutes late apologizing immediately, and was met with a bitchy smile! The girl at the counter named Erica was very rude while smiling in my face! She said " Did you fill out your paperwork", and as I was trying to explain to her that I have a Benny card instead of insure she cut me off asking for my insurance as I was trying to explain I don’t have dental insurance. I filled out my personal information already online, but she continued to smile at me creepy and turn her head while she talked with a condescending facial expression and tone saying " I don’t know if the doctor will even see you with a giggle shaking her head and proceeds to tell me to fill out paper work I already did. I scheduled an appointment did my paper work and was practically refused service!!! DONT GO HERE UNLESS U WANT TO BE PISSED OFF!!!!!

I’ve gone to Carrie Friend DDS for many years. She is patient with me due to the fact I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I always know the charges that will occur and allows me to work out a payment plan on the cost. Her staff is friendly and competent. I’ve had major dental work and herself and staff have done amazing work. I’m very thankful that I’ve found a dentist that takes her time and does wonderful work. Thank you White River Dental.
