I usually have a good experiences here, but today was awful. I walked in today at my appointment time and stood and waited to check in for 10 minutes. The girl was on the phone and said I’ll be with you soon. Another girl finally came around the corner and checked me in and said your late. I said yes because I’ve been standing here waiting for 10 minutes. The girl on the phone said yes she’s been her waiting for at least 10 minutes. So they checked me in. Then I was called back up to the desk two minutes later and was told they weren’t going see me because the hygienist didn’t have enough time now for me. I said well that’s not my fault I waited forever to check in. She didn’t care and rescheduled me for the next day. I feel like this is poor customer service! And quite frankly very rude to someone who drives 30 minutes to come to your dental practice!

I’ve been going to Rector’s for many years, first with my son when he was around 5yrs old who is now 30. Always received the best pediatric care from Dr. Jeff, amazing person with great patience & understanding. As an adult, when my dentist retired, I was told about Dr. Huser. What a lovely, kind, and gentle person she is! I sooo appreciate the dental care she has given me and it shows that she genuinely cares. I almost hate to write praises about her on a Google review since it might cause a stampede to become her patient and more popularity makes it difficult to get an appointment lol! ❤️ ALL staff - from the first secretary that welcomes you, to when you check out - are top notch professionals with kind attitudes.

This was my first appointment at Dr.Rectors. Jon R. Is very sweet precise and to the point with great manners and excellent care. His assistant i believe Stephanie was just as kind and caring. I look forward to going back for my 2nd appt. In 6 months. I feel lucky to be part of the rector patient family

Love how the have good movies playing all the time for kids. The people are very nice and friendly here. And the bathroom are always clean when you come here. And the tree that is in the middle is so cool

The level of understanding, experience, and service, I received from Martika, the office manger was amazing. Her level of understanding with financials and going above to take care of her patients was a great experience. Will be bring my children back, due to Martika's attention and customer service skills

Have been trying get my sons cavities filled since December of 2024. Twice my son has arrived and they said he didn’t have an appointment even though I have text messages showing he did. They did X-Rays and cleaning February 2026 to get the insurance money then referred him to another dentist stating they wouldn’t be able to fill his cavities until July. Took him to a different dentist and he stated they should’ve filled the cavities in the front due to the size and not worry about the small cavities in the back. They also had his wisdom teeth pulled and new dentist stated no need for that as well because they weren’t bothering him. It’s like a zoo when you walk in the back too. Kids running around, TVs blaring in all different rooms and the radio playing too. This dentist office might cost my son his teeth because he might need 3 root canals. Don’t go to this dentist unless you can tolerate the back and fourth text messages and them not being able to book an appointment and keep track of it.

Started all of my children going here at 1. As time went on, my oldest obviously needed orthodontic intervention. They never even suggested it at any point. After asking for the referral, we finally saw the orthodontic side. They took x rays and said let’s keep an eye on it. This went on for several months. I pulled her from the office altogether. Within her first visit at another orthodontist, they said it was vital she get treatment asap. She needed braces, expander, and head gear to help with alignment of her jaw. This was all seen in one x ray and visit. You’re telling me Rector couldn’t see that in the multiple visits we had over the years? My second child had some staining that we were having a hard time getting off. There’s no way they didn’t see it in office, BUT again I, had to ask for them to look at it. The dentist is the one who used a scaler on it. And then asked "is that good enough?" Is it? You’re the dentist. Anyway, since leaving my second child has had that properly treated and they found not one, but three cavities in between molars that we wouldn’t have been able to see. In my personal experience, I’ve only seen one instance of someone using a scaler on the teeth and never did they floss my children’s teeth. It feels very much like an assembly line at these offices. In and out in less than 10 minutes at times. Do better.
