Friendly staff and accommodating to your needs. I needed a tooth pulled and the gums cleaned with a few other things.I have good insurance however it was a little more than I expected but they have a quick line of credit. I was able to get everything done in one week. The line of credit paid off in a few payments with no interest. I thought that was really nice instead of using my credit card or going to the bank to pull some funds. Didn't waste my time as I got most of everything done in one day. The the Doc did a good job as well extracting the tooth. I was very pleased. Definitely will be going there from now on. Definitely better than the VA in Indianapolis.

Me and my wife needed to change dentist. Because of the convenient location, we chose Aspen Dental. We both felt comfortable and appreciated from the time we walked through the door. The exams were thorough and every member of our care team explained the issues and recommended treatment. Thank you for far exceeding our expectations.

100% recommend Aspen of Muncie. The team is super friendly and very attentive. I never felt judged, as I have felt with other dentist offices, but even when my gag reflex acted up 🤣 financing was easy even if you don’t have perfect credit and last but definitely the most important— I finally have my smile back!

Had a wonderful experience. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and kind. The Dentist Dr. Warren and trysten and cassi was very gentle and showed concern. It was the most painless t tooth extraction I’ve ever had !!highly recommend Muncie Indiana❤️

The staff Is friendly and very helpful to address my concerns and needs. Dr Losier did a great job of explaining what he planned to do when installing my implants. He really made me feel at ease with the process. I would recommend him and this office to anyone needing any dental work.

They were very pleasant and helpful,never negative or condescending. Madison was very patient and understanding. Tory has a way of spinning things into a positive experience and Tiarra was pleasant to talk to and amazingly gentle with her tools. Dr Warner was professional, informative and helpful. You can apply for financing at the appointment if needed. All A+'s.

Husband just returned home after an extraction(which Aspen has charged an unnecessary amount for), and wasn't prescribed any pain relief. Aspen told him it wasn't necessary and to just take ibuprofen. Well, he's taken it and he's still in a huge amount of pain. I consider this neglectful while also taking advantage of the amount of money he had to pay for only one tooth(nearly $1500). I'd like to make a phone call first thing in the morning, Aspen should cross their fingers that my husband can talk me out of it.
