Dental Depot

Teven was amazing with my daughter! She’s 4, and it was her first time and he made her feel VERY welcomed!! The dentist (Dr.Cinco) was amazing too, very patient and fun! Office staff were quick, and awesome!! Even got a free T-shirt!

I haven’t even finished treatment at Dental Depot, and both the dental and orthodontic sides have managed to make avoidable mistakes. Dr. Case is pleasant enough, but still made an error with my teeth that took months to fix, mostly because no one clearly communicated how long I’d need to wait before speaking up. The front desk also rearranged appointments the same day and left me sitting there for over an hour just to get fillings. It was disorganized and I was livid. On the orthodontic side, the front staff inspire very little confidence. There have been several smaller issues that add up, but the most recent one was them having my phone number entered incorrectly. As a result, I missed communications and a payment; yet somehow my credit card information was perfectly intact. Make of that what you will (money first, patient second). Then I was told I owed for a payment I had already discussed with the manager, Star. She never corrected the payment properly after that phone call, so the next visit turned into another problem caused by their own error and lack of communication skills. Star downplayed it as "her job," to say something, but the job wasn’t finished, and the situation should have been resolved before I walked in; not after I had to call and ask why nothing had been charged the following month. I had to follow up because their information was wrong. That part is inexcusable. Dr. Martin is great. Unfortunately, he’s the exception. The only one. Overall, Dental Depot has been a logistical headache from the START, and I’m ready to be done with them.

The Dental Depot in Moore, Ok was a great experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable .It was clean. The lobby was very small and made it difficult to be get comfortable amongst this flu season, so there was no social distancing. That was the only issue I had. The wait time was kinda long due to the winter storm. The guy who did the x-rays was really nice and made me feel comfortable especially considering I have dental anxiety. Short dude with locs. The main dentist was very knowledgeable and helped worked out a plan to accommodate my budget. I will most definitely be returning♥️ Thanks guys.

Dr Sinko was amazing, caring , really so wonderful. My dentures look like the are my original teeth. He's very skilled at his craft and cares for his patients like ive never seen a physician do. . I'm extremely happy with his skills and kindness and the product. They fit like a glove. Even after 2 years of no teeth. . I will promote Dr Sinko all Day everyday. Go see him!!

I loved Dental Depot I’ve always had just great experiences and my children have been going to this actual location for years. Today we encountered a assistant named Raquel I believe she was training a new guy he ended up getting the "incorrect" fluoride due to the insurance we have, she got so upset and you can tell she was very annoyed with the new "assistant" when entering the room she didn’t introduce herself seemed very not interested to be caring for children. Services were great maybe better hospitality is needed. Teavon is GREAT I felt very over educated and wait was a little long but he kept all 3 kids busy

Called and booked. Repeated back full date and time, they confirmed. Showed up, said nothing for any of my 3 kids in the system. I showed phone call, then stamped and length of call to receptionist. She said she didn’t know what happened. I asked to get is in anyway. They did. One of the hygienists was nice, and gentle and great bedside manner. 2nd hygienist was rough with other child. Leaving sores from cutting the front gums with the brush. Tried saying it was the flossing but it happened before the flossing and my 11 year old is intelligent and does know the difference of a brush and floss. Went back for Ortho consult and was denied going back with my child for the first part of the visit. I’ve never been denied going back for a general appt at any dental office. The patient service aspect is lacking. Would not use again if it wasn’t for insurance limitations elsewhere.

The staff were great! Eased the nerves of both patient and parent! The dentist was encouraging and uplifting and his support staff was informative and friendly. As far as dental appointments go, this one couldn’t have gone better.
