I really enjoyed my experience at East Taylor Dental Associates. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I love the fact that they explain everything in detail and make sure that there is no confusion. The dentist was amazing. I can honestly say that I think that I will be a lifelong patient of this business simply based off of the way that I have been treated.

10/10! The entire staff are the sweetest people you would ever come across. My dental assistant was Kayla. Great listener. Very great conversation. When you go, ask if you can get Dr.Norris. She explains everything and gives positive affirmations throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend!

I just had my first visit with this facility and could not be happier. I had not been to a dental office in several years and was quite nervous for what would be revealed during this visit. However, the experience was above and beyond what I anticipated. The staff was incredibly kind, very informative, and attentive. I felt that each of my concerns were addressed and I was well educated on the status of those concerns. Montgomery is so so fortunate to have such a professional, clean, caring, and honest dental office. To the staff - from the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the doctors - THANK YOU!!! I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone.

I’ve never felt comfortable at a dentist office until I met the staff here. Everyone is welcoming, kind and understanding. No matter how bad your dental issues are, you never feel judged. Paul is the absolute best hygienist I’ve ever met. He’s mastered the art of making small talk and jokes to help you feel comfortable. Dr. Ahn is incredible at making sure that you are comfortable. Andrea worked tirelessly with me and my insurance to help me make the most out of my benefits. I’ve been going here for 2 years now and for the first time in my life, I don’t dread going to the dentist office.

Well equipped dental facility with a friendly, trained staff. My initial visit was so awesome that I’m looking forward to my follow up appointments with them. I really appreciate how the dentist explained everything to me, showed me X-rays and photos and gave me options.

Every time I visit, all the staff are friendly, professional, and truly make sure patients feel comfortable throughout their treatment. Even if English is difficult, they have Korean- and Spanish-speaking team members who are incredibly helpful to the local community, and I really appreciate that. If you're looking for dedicated staff and professional dentists who always put patients first, I highly recommend trying East Taylor Dental. You’ll definitely love it!

With the kindness shown by Kayla, and dentist Dr. Caroline Norris's gentle professionalism, I felt in good hands. Her thoroughness made me feel like she left no stone unturned. An added plus and a big reason for the 5-stars is that my crown will be made in one day! I no longer have to be shuffled off from one specialist to another, or wait 3-weeks.
