Five stars for Aspen Dental in Montgomery, especially Erica, the Operational Lead. From the moment I walked in, her customer service was outstanding. She greeted me warmly, was extremely professional, and made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. Erica explained everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. You can tell she truly cares about the patients and keeps the office running efficiently. Her kindness, leadership, and attention to detail made my experience exceptional. The Aspen location in Montgomery Alabama East Chase location is absolutely Amazing, Professional Kind and very clean..I was treat absolutely amazing even Though didn’t have an appointment but walked in. Ashley is truly one of the best hygienists I have ever experienced. She is gentle, patient, and extremely skilled at what she does. She cleans my teeth and also my cousin’s, and he is usually very nervous at the dentist. Ashley always makes him feel calm and comfortable, which means everything to us. She explains every step before she does it, answers all of our questions, and never rushes through the appointment. I love the level of care she provides because she is both thorough and informative. She gives tips that actually help, notices things most people overlook, and genuinely cares about keeping your teeth healthy instead of just getting you in and out. Her personality, kindness, and professionalism stand out every single visit. If you want someone who treats you like family and makes going to the dentist feel easy, Ashley is the one.

My Visit at Aspen Dental was Amazing!! Everyone from checking in to check out was very Nice, Friendly, and Courtesy. The Young lady that did my X-rays was a 5 star. She was very friendly and Knowledgeable. The Assistant and my Doctor was nothing short of a 5 star. The entire team was Super Amazing!! Thanks, to the entire team for making my experience Awesome! I went to aspen dental about a year ago. I was told I needed 5 root canals, 3 teeth pulled, fillings, and bridge/partial. Estimated cost with insurance 10k+. They did offer me a credit/payment option. However i couldnt wrap my head around me having insurance and the price that they came up with. I have extreme anxiety at the dentist which is the reason I haven't been to one in 10 years. I was having an anxiety attack while they looked at my teeth and was told by the dentist "Im not even doing anything yet" with 0 compassion. I have been even more discouraged to go back. I have had so much pain from my teeth and decided to get a second opinion. I went to SmileMakers and come to find out I only need a filling and 2 teeth pulled and had so much compassion and understanding. The best part it's not even close to 10k+ or even 1k. I have heard awful things about aspen since and I completely agree. I would not recommend them to anyone.
