Just left their Montebello office after having a 10:30 am appointment, showing up at 10:25 am and waiting in their empty waiting room for 30 minutes without anyone telling me the reason for the delay!!! The front desk young lady didn’t even say sorry after I told her to cancel: simply "okay I’ll tell them". How unprofessional and rude! What’s the purpose of booking appointments if they will care so little about my time and health. Never coming to this chain of dentists ever again. Oh and they weren’t swamped : literally empty clinic per my pics. Don’t come here!! Go elsewhere where a dentist will cherish your business and treat you so

My dad has always been a little anxious at the dentist and insecure regarding his front teeth. The dentist here did an amazing job and fixing his smile, and now my dad is very happy and confidence with his smile. I am thankful for the customer service and caring treatment.

When I had my initial appointment they had me go in The X-ray room took x-rays and then the girl told me that doctor wanted me to have more x-rays and put my head in this thing that this x-ray machine goes around. I already had enough x-rays. I think they did that to train the girl. I do not believe All those x-rays were necessary or healthy for me. Will not be going back to this place. I'm not here to To be a guinea pig to train their workers for x-rays And it seems like this always happens when I go here

This place is a scam! They wont stop harassing me multiple times a day with texted messages. I made a appointment and was told it would be covered for extraction. I called out of wotk for this appointment and was turned away because i opted out for gas. I found a new dentist and was told it was a easy pull and definitely did not need gas. These people are monsters 👻 👽 not to mention how rude they are. Definitely an awful experience andni was innso much pain. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

I came here in April for a wisdom tooth removal only had gotten the top two removed due to them trying to charge me out of pocket from my Medi-cal insurance that FULLY COVERS. Please if you have Medi-cal insurance please call your insurance and look for a different dentist. Don't get scammed by this place. Always find a better and nicer place that actually cares about the pain and situation you're in. The whole employee are all about the money not about the patient. Please don't get scammed. 💯

I recently visited this dental office for a deep cleaning and a traditional checkup. At first, I was skeptical because I was told that Western Dental wouldn't meet my expectations. Wow, I was heard wrong! The staff and the dentist made me feel very comfortable and they explained my recommended treatment thoroughly and clearly. They were able to answer my questions clearly. I was extremely satisfied and did not feel any pain during my procedure. I will definitely come back when I am told to do so. Thank you Western Dental!
