Very professional office from the front desk lady , to the assistant Mr. Marco Campa . Very respectful, kind, and proficient in helping me with all my smile needs. The Dr .Wahba I an exceptional dentist and I have NEVER BEEN TO A BETTER OFFICE . The dentist was just so sweet and took time to assess my dental needs from the first day I came in , and it felt so nice to finally get quality care. I will always come to this location moving forward and if you want a dentist that knows what they are doing. , come HERE !! Also, the office is very clean and immaculate, I have a latex allergy and they took extreme precautions, so you will be taken care of with the upmost respect by this team !!

My first visit with Dr. Remonda Wahba could have been intimidating, as working with a new doctor often is. However, she has the warmest and kindest personality SmileWest Montebello has ever seen! She was incredibly patient, took her time with me, and answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. I’ll be back next week for my follow-up treatment and am really looking forward to continuing care with her.

We had such a great experience here! From the front desk lady, Julie, to the dentist, Dr. Wahba, everyone was welcoming and patient! The dentist explained everything in a kid-friendly way, moved at their pace, and made the whole appointment feel easy instead of stressful! My kids left smiling and saying it wasn’t scary or traumatic. Great office!

I went to this dentist when I got my dental insurance. At my first visit they said some of my procedures would not be covered. So I handed them 1,700bucks. Come to find out a procedure was covered by my insurance. That was 850 out of my pocket. I had to file paperwork to recover my money. Still haven't received anything. Then I find out my treatment was complete. What the hell!!! Where the rest of my money? From what I was told to finish my treatment I needed another 1200. So I asked where's all my money that I put towards my treatment? They tell me I have 175 credit. That the office will send me a check. That was over 2 months ago. I called last week asking where's my check? I wanted to talk to Jackie since she's the one that took my money. But she's never available. So I asked for Natalie. And the woman who answered the phone told me the check was mailed yesterday. So here's goes another week still no check! These people are a freaking rip off. I'm a disabled person just trying to get a nice smile. Instead I continue to get the run around. GIVE ME MY FREAKING MONEY!! Lesson learned, never ever trust anyone when they ask for money upfront!!!! Worst dentist office I've ever been too. Stay away from this place. Oh and come to find out, all my treatments plus what I was trying to save the 1200 for, was100% covered by my insurance.

I've been coming here for 3 years and I'm satisfied with the work that has been done on my teeth. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.Dr, Wahba is one of the best Dr she was very kind and gentle to me and also cares about her patients health. 10/10 I recommend to book with her!

Julie, Teri, Jackie, and Marcos treated me like family they are all super nice and got me in and out of there no problem!!! I highly recommend Smiles West Dental & Orthodontics in Montebello!!!

The hygienist and dentist I saw were GREAT. But the office staff was so incompetent and rude that I had to switch providers. Multiple reschedules, sending texts with different times for when the appointment would be on the same day, and just ignoring you when you walk into the office. It all ended when they called me and started a fight on the phone- the dental workers there deserve better office staff. I would look elsewhere if you need a dentist.
