Mobile Bay Dental - The Shoppes at Bel Air

Be advised!! THEY VALUE THEIR TIME, but they certainly WON’T value YOURS. I am extremely disappointed with how this office treats established patients. I had a 3:00 PM appointment for my children that I had previously rescheduled specifically to ensure we could make it. I even spent a significant amount of time completing their lengthy pre-registration paperwork via text—a clear sign that I was coming. Despite all that effort, I showed up only to be told they had canceled my appointment because I didn’t "confirm" a single phone call. My phone filters calls, but they have my text and email on file (which is how they sent the paperwork!). They had days to send a follow-up text or email, and they had all day the day of the appointment to let me know it was canceled. Instead, they let me drive all the way there just to turn me away. What makes it worse is that they require you to sign a "no-show" fee agreement to protect their time, yet they have no problem wasting hours of a parent's time due to their own rigid and outdated policies. If you are looking for a dentist that respects your schedule and uses common sense, look elsewhere. We will not be back.

The staff was very friendly and kind. Doctor Sierra Perry was very kind, and professional. Doctor perry also made sure to explain everything she was going to do during my visit. She is a phenomenal doctor and is so very kind and compassionate. 10/10 would recommend!

Everyone was very nice! Dr. Perry took the time to make sure that my prescription was just right and while picking out glasses the receptionist was very helpful in helping me decide which ones looked the best!

Dr. Perry and the staff were very professional and took very good care of my sons. She was very gentle and took time to explain what she was doing to my son who has anxiety issues with his eyes being examined. Thank you for taking time with us.

Dr. Perry is so wonderful! She is attentive and listens thoroughly, and I leave feeling truly cared for. The team in the eyeglass section were amazing and really went above and beyond in helping me find a new pair of glasses that I loved. 5 stars all around!

The doctor took her time with my child. She noticed something with her that I literally had been telling other providers b4 but received no response. My child is getting a new type of special lenses hopefully to correct her sight. Very thankful.

This is the best place! Highly recommend, Dr Perry she explained everything was very helpful. The two ladies in the optical store were so sweet and helped me find the perfect glasses!
