Friendly staff, clean office, and great care. I went in for a cleaning and my hygienist Shannon did a great job. She’s very professional, made my visit stress-free and pleasant. Dr Shipp did a follow up check and explained everything clearly and made the visit comfortable. The front desk was efficient and friendly, I didn’t wait long and felt well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I came in for an examination and cleaning and it went great, the process was very quick, and everyone was as very welcoming. My hygienist Shannon did a great job, she explained everything and left room for questions, the scans took a few minutes and then the Dentist came in to give his detailed insight about any potential issues that I could have and the best ways of avoiding it, once she started the cleaning it wasn’t painful and was honestly pretty fast, after everything was said and done she set me up with my next visit while providing me with more things I can do to improve and to stay clean.

I'm 74 years old so during my lifetime I've seen many dentists. You can be sure Rabbit Creek Dental is the very best I've been to in all those years! The staff were so friendly & willing to answer any questions I had! The dentist was so kind & explained everything to me & answered all my questions! I highly recommend RCD! The office was exceptionally clean also. I will never go to another dentist! Give them a try. You won't regret it! ❣️😊

Called for new patient appointment and made very clear that I wanted a cleaning same day. Arrived at appointment on time. Taken into exam room where two techs did an initial exam for periodontal disease. Dentist came in to tell me that I have mild to moderate periodontal disease. Dentist leaves and, I am assuming the office manager, comes in to review their plan. This plan included "deep cleaning" that requires multiple appointments where my entire mouth will need to be numb. With insurance the fee was going to be $150 each visit and those need to happen every three months. When I voiced that I was not interested in that plan and I just need a cleaning I was asked to sign a consent (which was on a tablet and it was scrolled to the signature line) as I scrolled back to the top to read it I noticed it was a consent for the"deep cleaning" they were trying to sell me initially. I brought this to her attention and she stated " it’s the same form" I informed her that I deal with consents on a daily basis and that is not how consents work and I will not sign. She said "I’ll fix it and redo it" when she brought it back it was for a debridement cleaning. Dental hygienist did a standard cleaning on my teeth. At check out I was presented a bill ( my insurance covers cleanings at 100%) when asked about this was told that was for the debridement cleaning. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS OBVIOUS DENTAL SPA, NOT A DENTAL OFFICE. THEY WILL UP SELL YOU FROM THE MOMENT YOU SIT DOWN

The staff were amazing and so sweet! I felt like I had known them for a long time just the first visit. The Dr. took his time and went over everything to help me out and wasn’t in a big hurry and understanding. Very clean environment and I had a great first visit. Thank you Rabbit Creek!

This place and these people are gems!! Very friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in, and it continued after being called back. It was my husband's first appointment (emergency). We were in and out in about an hour. They could see how much pain he was in and immediately got to work. He felt 100% better walking out. He said they were amazing!

Thank you!!!! Just had two teeth extracted! I was amazed at how transparent they were with their service and how well they treated me! They were able to quote me rough pricing over the phone so I knew a possible amount needed. They got me right in on an emergency. Everyone else wants you to wait until after the new years. Again thank y’all. I would recommend y’all to EVERYONE!
