TRULY LIFE CHANGING! Very professional facility! Cordial and very attentive front office staff. Doctors and assistants are truly focused on helping the community! When you walk in your greeted properly and feel welcomed! Once you've been called to the back the atmosphere is relaxing and warm. You feel safe! You feel comfortable! The doctors and assistants are constantly communicating back and forth on every step of your procedure! You hear every word which makes me feel more confident in their hands. Nice modest dentistry. Clean restrooms.

Today was my first visit at this practice and I will say everyone was very pleasant. The DA was very friendly and Dr. Melissa was super nice and personably. The entire interaction at this office was 10/10 even calling to confirm the address. I liked how they informed me of everything going on so I could know what to expect leaving no guessing.

Normally I have high anxiety going to any dentist office but going here eased my mind! My blood pressure doesn’t be elevated and I’m always smiling with the staff, they’re very helpful, professional and friendly! The dentist are amazing and really try to save my smile even when I’m ready to pull them all out they make me comfortable and explain the best plan for me and I love that so great job you guys

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My experience has been incredibly unprofessional, starting with the difficulty of even scheduling an appointment for a root canal. My appointments were repeatedly canceled and rescheduled, causing significant inconvenience. The root canal, initially started in September with a follow-up scheduled for October, was never completed due to constant cancellations on their end. After several attempts to reschedule, the office became unresponsive, ignoring my calls until I developed a severe infection in the treated tooth in late December. The infection caused significant swelling and pain, rendering me unable to eat, drink, or speak for days, and required antibiotics. Despite this dental emergency, the earliest appointment they offered was January 29. Now, the day before my long-awaited appointment, they canceled again, citing the dentist's unavailability due to being at another clinic. My calls to the office have gone unanswered. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and, based on my experience, could potentially lead to emergency room visits."

Hey so today I received fillings on my left teeth 3 of them! Great experience, customer service was legit and OVERALL, the dentist was for sure clean. I would recommend a lot of others to schedule for this dentist because it is a GREAT ONE. Coming from a kid who stays out in Waukesha, I had a GREAT experience.

I was a new patient and was able to get in here with less than a month wait so that was awesome. The girl at the front desk who checked me in was really friendly and helpful. The dentist addressed all of my needs and put together a plan to achieve my oral hygiene goals. Overall this place is excellent and I’m glad I chose it as my dentist.

I just got a tooth pulled and let go with other antibiotics nor pain medication. My tooth was so infected that the pain had me screaming from the needles. And yes I did ask for antibiotics several times prior to appointment. To no avail. Im in so much pain. I need want to see that rude dentist ea in life. Very biased. I didnt deserve treatment like this nor her attitude
