It was a great experience for my son, age 10. He got a cleaning, his first one in what we would call "a grown up" check up. A check up without screens for them to watch and distract the kids, like we were used to. The staff in the back were kind and had good attitudes. They seemed to listen, and have knowledge about young teeth and growth. He had no cavities, so they gave my son a no cavity club eraser. 😊. We are looking forward to our next cleaning in 6 months.

Best place to get dental work! They do an amazing, thorough job every time. I couldn’t help but shower them with compliments during my cleaning this morning. The entire team is made up of wonderful individuals—professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. And on top of all that, they’re genuinely funny, which makes the experience even better.

Very unhappy with the front desk. I was told my insurance would cover the X-rays and specifically said I would not schedule the appointment unless they were covered. At my follow-up cleaning appointment, I was told I owed for the X-rays anyway. On top of that, I was told my appointment was at 10:40 even though my calendar showed 11:00. I was never notified of any time change. The receptionist said the appointment was moved but didn’t know if it was moved up or down. Poor communication and billing confusion made this a frustrating experience.

Absolutely love Dr. Max and all the staff! Everyone is kind and make you feel very welcomed. They take very good care of my teeth and I would recommend anyone go here!

Stay away stay away stay away! The front desk assistants all share three brains cells, and they’re all competing for fourth place! I was told as a new patient that my insurance group was not established but that they would contact me within a filed days after establishing a record with the insurance group. I was not contacted after a week I called back and talked to someone, saying that they had my insurance group confirmed and an appointment when I was ready. I was ready but waiting for a call from them? So I made the appointment for about a month out, only to be called the next day and told that I would have to reschedule for two months out. So now, today, three months after trying to make the appointment, the day is here! My teeth obviously over three months due now. Imagine my surprise when I arrive and they say that I have no appointment! I hear the receptionist talk to the other receptionist about trying to find me in the system. Low and behold, the second receptionist found my appointment for today. It must have been magic! The Second Lady then tells me my insurance group was not established! My appointment can’t be fulfilled today because the doctor doesn’t take the insurance group! I have never in my life been so frustrated with the lack of empathy or care or professionalism from any medical office, let alone a dentist. Stay away. Stay away. Stay away.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They made me feel at ease and took time to answer questions. I did not feel rushed. I felt welcomed and look forward to receiving ongoing care here.

Visit was great. Shannon and Stephanie were awesome. They were accommodating and helpful. I am thankful for both as well as the MD. Definitely visiting again!!! Correction: After leaving and paying for insurance in office I received a bill stating they bill incorrectly when I was told in office the insurance would cover. NOT ONLY did I pay for the insurance I also had to pay for cleaning when they initially said was cover. Then fluoride is not include but waited to explain this after purchasing the insurance. Your inability to bill correctly and provide accurate information is mind blowing!!!!
