Custer Creek Dental Care - Dentist McKinney

I don't like the dentist. In fact it's been awhile since I've visited one. After a previous dentist would touch my teeth without doing a major procedure, I wasn't sure I would ever step foot in a dentist office again. Then I entered Custer Creek. Angie was so great with my taking care of me and my teeth. I left feeling like my mouth was new, all my questions were answered and not afraid to return. Highly recommend them to anyone.

First time visiting this practice and it was a wonderful visit. The entire staff was pleasant. Went in for a routine cleaning and Cathy the hygienist was amazing. She was so gentle and thorough. I am very pleased with my results. I’ve never looked forward to my next appointment at a dental office. I also want to add that they did not try to recommend unnecessary treatments to nickel and dime you. I’ve had those experiences at other practices. I definitely would recommend.

Dr. Kam is an awesome dentist. He makes you feel comfortable and is very gentle. I have a fear when it comes to going to the dentist due to some bad experiences but not with him. His team players that work with him are nice as well. He’s definitely worth going to! Trust me he is one you would want to be your forever dentist. My teeth were horrible before seeing him and the fact that they are looking so much better makes me happy! I’ve had a long journey with him but my wait for my crowns are worth it! Also the receptionist Ariel and Jennifer are awesome as well especially Ariel she beyond makes you feel welcome. Do not hesitate on coming here. Also he will not do anything that is not necessary he will not cheat you out of any money and will do what he can for you especially when he knows you really want your teeth healthy. This office is highly recommended

This was my first dental visit in 7 years. The reviews I read were so right. Dr Kim was so gentle and caring. The entire staff was fantastic. Definitely found my dentist. 😁👍

I highly recommend Custer Creek Dental! I never thought I would look forward to going to the dentist..until my experience here! First of all, Saturday appointments! I had a dental emergency that could not wait, and they fit us in the same day on a Saturday. The front office ladies were so friendly and helpful. Arielle was so compassionate on the phone and made me feel at ease on my way to the office. Dr Kim was amazing! We felt so comfortable the entire time. The office has the most welcoming and calm vibe I have ever seen. I was blown away by how incredibly beautiful and fun the office was decorated. Down to every last detail...including their restroom!! I never thought I would rate a restroom a 5 star either.. but here I am. I would highly recommend Custer Creek Dental Care for all ages, kids, adults, and seniors. Even though there are 9 dentists close to my house, we will be driving 20 mins to see the team here 🙂

We are new to the city and I took my son here who gets anxious with dental appointment. They did amazing job! My husband and I are now patients of Dr Kim. I left feeling satisfied, and I can sense his honesty, dedication to service , friendliness and professionalism. His staff are also great! I’m definitely going to be a regular patient moving forward . I also get an anxiety when I go to the dentist , his dental assistant ( I regret not remembering her name - I’m bad with names 🙁 , I remembered her telling she is half Filipino though) did an amazing job! I was initially anxious , but after experiencing her work I felt so relaxed. Thank you so much!

A wonderful experience, from making the appointment all the way through. The entire staff are very knowledgeable, they put the patient first, they are warm, genuine, friendly, compassionate, experts at what they do. The dentist Dr. Steve Kim is amazing, he has much wisdom in his profession; he goes above and beyond the call of duty for his patients. I am so appreciative of Dr. Kim, his work is exemplary.
