I just want to express my sincere gratitude for this place and their amazing staff! I went in today and the young lady in the front was very kind and assisted me very quickly. Mr. Eddie is always awesome! He was very kind and gentle with my girl! Mr. Danny explained everything he was doing to my girl and she really appreciated that! The doctors are very kind and informative here! Truly grateful for this team! Will always come here and recommend!

I had such an amazing experience at Smile Magic! I want to give a special shoutout to Iram at the front desk!! his customer service was truly incredible. From the moment my daughter and I walked in, he made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. He was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make the whole visit smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who treats you with such kindness, genuine care, and Iram absolutely made our experience exceptional. Thank you for being so amazing to me and my daughter! The receptionist, San Juanita, was not warm or welcoming and was not attentive to my daughter’s appointment. She seemed to have no knowledge of the appointment or any understanding of why we were there in the first place. Since I have been here before, I knew this type of service had never happened before. I returned the next day and had a fantastic experience at Smile Magic Family Dental. The staff (Perlita & Jessica) were highly professional, gentle, and considerate during the entire treatment. They made sure I felt at ease and kept me informed throughout my daughter’s visit. The clinic offers great service, and 99% of the staff members are very knowledgeable and have excellent bedside manner. I wholeheartedly recommend Smile Magic Family Dental for their exceptional dental services and personalized care. Great back-office team!

Great experience as soon as we walked in the door. They have so many options to keep the little ones entertained and my daughter loved it. Every single staff member was amazing and friendly. I didn’t get everyone’s name but Jessica at the end was super sweet and nice and so friendly. Great experience and I’m so glad I chose this place for my daughter.

Brought my son in because he was feeling pain. The entire staff in the front were so kind and helpful. Wait time was a little long (but I was expecting that since we didn't have an appointment). I'm extremely thankful to Jackie, who helped me understand my insurance and made the entire process much easier to understand. Doctors were also able to figure out what was wrong and were able to take care of the issue. Definitely recommending to friends and family

The staff was very friendly and welcoming when we went for our visit. It was our first time coming to this dental office. One of the ladies upfront, I believe her name is Jacqi, was very helpful. She was able to Answer any and all questions that I had in regards to the dental treatment and co-pays and if the dental office was working with our insurance so that gave me a little more peace of mind coming to this dentist. Overall, I would highly recommend this dental office we would definitely come back again.

Great service, neat,clean,fun environment. Dentist and assistants patient, do a great job,explain all thats going on,make children feel no fear at all. Children get to sit in a throne and get to wear a crown, get coins for doing great and they buy little toys with coins they get. Also a free toothbrush, toothpaste, floss is provided at end of visit. My daughter has been going there for 14 years.
