I was very disappointed with the miscommunication between staff. I spent a lot of time waiting, only to find out that my appointment could not be completed as planned. Clear communication is very important in a dental office, and unfortunately, that was lacking during my visit.

It was a good experience with hygienist Chris, even though I didn't get a goodie bag with toothbrush floss toothpaste and mouthwash to go with my visit. but now I'm confused getting a phone call 3 hours later that I have to go back the following day for another cleaning and more x-rays. What's going on?

I had a very pleasant first dental visit at Dr. A. C. Villarreal's office. Everybody that I spoke to was very nice and very knowledgeable. The person that took my x-rays explained what he saw. Dr. Villarreal also explained what he saw and explained different treatment options I can choose.
