Almond Dental Maple Grove

My kids, recently had their cleanings with hygienists Nhia and Chirag at Almond Dental, Maple Grove. It was our first visit there. The clinic is clean and modern. I like it a lot. The experiences my kids had were excellent. The hygienists were patient, kind, and very thorough, making sure the kids felt comfortable the entire time. My daughter said Nhia was very kind and talked to her a lot. They explained everything clearly and helped create a positive, stress-free environment. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown, and I’m glad my kids look forward to their dental visits. Highly recommend!

Dr Kumar and his staff have been wonderful. I was very nervous with the entire procedure. Karli was fabulous! The dental assistants have all been great and friendly. Everyone communicated well, was upfront with everything, and made this experience not bad at all, and it’s dental so it’s never fun.

When you put me and dental work needed in the same category it's a complete HELL NO!, but i put my big girl pants on and went ahead to my appointment. After 3 extractions and partial replacement in such a short time, I was shock and surprised beyond measures. Dr. A. And her team Was awesome! She has reinstated my faith in the dental process. Totally happy with her technique and work. Almond dental is a yes for me and I recommend them for every one, children too. Ill be back!

They are great! I have two kids who are terrified of the dentist and the staff at here have made them feel safe and happy! I have a deadly allergy to numbing agents myself and they have been so incredibly careful and on top of making sure I feel safe as well!

I had a great appointment with Dr. Ayad! During each visit, he takes care to talk me through each step of the appointment, providing advice and recommendations to care for my dental health, and answers any questions or concerns I have. I appreciate his patient and caring approach to dental care, which is something I haven’t always experienced with other dentists. If you’re looking for a good dentist who will take good care of you, I can’t recommend Dr. Ayad enough!

Angelina has been so good with me on my dental cleanings, i reccomend her 100%. Not only are all my questions answered throughly, i feel very supported with my concerns about my teeth and i am always given solutions for it in the best way possible!

So apparently, even after getting a text schedule from them a week ago, calling back to confirm, and making sure both sides were scheduled, they still "can’t find" my appointment on the actual day. And instead of fixing their mistake, they just tell me they can’t squeeze me in. Their brilliant solution? Come back in October to get the other side cleaned, when I already had one side done back in August. Seriously, how does it make any sense to clean half your teeth and then wait two months to finish the job? And the only excuse they gave me was that it’s not showing up in their system-like that’s somehow my fault. Saying sorry isn’t going to magically clean the other side of my teeth.Me not getting a reminder doesn't make it my mistake. Beautiful part is that the hygienist was sure of seeing me the following week to see how my gums had healed after the cleaning. Unbelievable. Update - I really appreciate that the office was able to fit me into their cleaning schedule the very next day after the mix-up. A big thank you to Nhia, the hygienist, for her amazing work, not just this time, but also during my last visit. She is thorough, gentle, and genuinely cares about how my gums and teeth are doing. I also want to recognize the manager for making sure things were set right after the scheduling issue. Overall, this truly turned into a five-star experience for both the quality of care and the professionalism shown.
