Dr Vincent and the Maple Grove Smiles Dentistry team has been my dentist office for many years now. The quality of care has always been excellent. The team has been easy to work with and any dental questions are properly addressed during and after the visit.

Leah was amazing very kind ! Dr. Vincent was great and explained everything to me in a way that make sense to me. The office people are friendly and the clinic as a whole is fantastic. Definitely recommend. They fit me in for an emergency appointment right away and helped me set up a reasonable payment plan for treatment.

Dr. Vincent and the team at Smiles Dentistry were very helpful and clearly knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything, which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I felt well cared for from start to finish and would highly recommend them.

My experience with Maple Grove Smiles has been excellent! I would highly recommend. My first visit was a few weeks ago due to a dental emergency. I called and spoke with Reed who was so incredibly helpful, offering options, suggestions, and even after my consultation, found me an endodontist who could see me same day. That level of service is rarely seen these days - he’s amazing! And my exam with Dr. Thomas Vincent was excellent as well - very thorough and he gave me options and advice. I have since made Maple Grove Smiles my dentist and am telling all my family and friends!

The entire team at this office is kind and professional. My family has been going here for over five years, and we always receive top-quality care. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Becky, who deep cleans my teeth and gums so thoroughly and gently! Also, a big thank you to the office staff who handle all the insurance pre-authorizations, scheduling, rescheduling, out-of-pocket estimates, and all the other irritating but necessary paperwork :). And Dr. Vincent's good humor always alleviates my anxiety!

I had a fantastic experience at Maple Grove Smiles Dentistry. Wanted to shoutout Dr. Vincent and his team for great service and a fun experience. Never thought I’d say a dentist was fun.. Great team- would highly recommend if you live nearby.

stay away.they are pretty sneaky with heir "estimate" that they demand you approve, yes your insurance will covert but the actual bill is like $1500 - for a basic cleaning. if you want to get in and get a cleaning just go else where - with their billing and procedures and extra stuff they tied up 2 hours of time on baaic cleaning. plus if you have anything they refer you to others - for expensive procedures - and recommend the most expensive work that are not the best solution - and if there are issues they cause, then leave you with a bill for stuff they caused - corporate nonsense. just doing stuff to make money. shameful
