After years of searching for a dentist in Washington who genuinely cares about patient well-being, I’ve finally found the right place. It’s a solo practice where the doctor does his own cleanings, listens and cares for his patients. No over-diagnosing, no high-pressure sales tactics, and no "extra" treatments you don’t need. It’s not a cosmetic "beauty spa" for veneers; it’s just honest, high-quality dental care. If you want a doctor who has your back, this is the place.
I had been postponing my dental implant for a long time because I was afraid of dental procedures, but the anesthesia was much less painful than I expected, and all the staff were extremely kind, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Even the bone graft was completed within 30 minutes, which really showed how experienced and skilled the dentist is. This gave me a lot of confidence and trust. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is still trying to decide where to go.
Finding a good dentist that works with Medicaid / no insurance is extremely hard to find and this entire office staff fit the bill. They are kind, caring and always listen to my concerns. I have a very complicated medical disorder that makes dental treatment a little bit more invasive and require requires a lot more caution and this staff doesn't even bat an eye. if a complication arises they address it with Swift action. Sence seeing this dentist I've had very little complications which is a first. I cannot rave about this office enough they are amazing.
This dentist used to be my "GO TO" until the current dentist took over…SMH I basically wasted so much money here. All my dental work had to be removed and it was very painful on top of the fact that I had to pay even more money at a different dentist to have them restore my smile. The dentist right now, will not do what’s best for his business and fix the shotty dental work they performed and he’s kind of condescending. He asked me to change my 1 star review and it was so awkward. I changed it to 5 stars in front of him, quickly typed something and he watched me do this. I went home, changed it to three stars because I thought he did a good job on my mouth that day and was hoping things would be improved. Now one year later, I forgot to change it back to the actual stars this place deserves. ONE STAR FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST DONT SETTLE because you haven’t personally experienced any issues. I’m telling you, it’s inevitable at this place and with that dentist that took over the practice a couple years back. Also, it’s really uncomfortable to ask your patient to change a low review. Shouldn’t you fix the issues mentioned in the review and THEN maybe ask the patient to change it?? But even that is so unprofessional. You deserve BETTER, go somewhere else
I would recommend seeking a second opinion before proceeding with any major dental work at this practice. In my experience, there was a strong emphasis on extensive treatments, including crowns on teeth that appeared healthy to other dentists. Additionally, I noticed that the approach to discussing dental issues with patients-especially children-could be quite alarming. They are eager to make money off little children because they don't have enough customers. I believe a more reassuring and conservative approach would be beneficial.
I have been a patient for about 3.5 years and had an overall good experience at Lynnwood Dental. They are nice and professional with a clean office. If you forget to brush ask for a toothbrush kit or there usually is one in the bathroom. They are usually on time within 5 minutes and forgiving if you arrive 10 minutes late. On the exams, cleanings, and filings great job. They advised me I needed a crown on one tooth, with a large filling, but I decided to wait on it, sure enough that tooth cracked about 3 months later. They want what is best for your teeth and the pricing was reasonable if paying without insurance vs other dentists. They might recommend a crown after the exam be sure to ask why and if there are alternative options or okay to wait. Most root canals are done on painful infected teeth/roots so if you have no pain question the words 'root canal' by asking why and can it be avoided or treated with antibiotics? Today on my visit the dentist made every effort to avoid a root canal as my cavity was very close to the root and I am very pleased he managed to avoid the root canal.....update 1/22/24 later i found out his advice was true and he was predicting my future...also i found out the hard way his prices are so good they even beat most dental discount plans with other dentists....we moved away and it's a tremendous loss to lose a Dentist as good as him (he can do tough root canals on his own amazingly talented). All in all dental visits are financially very painful with this 'double price inflation USA without double pay' the Government/FED caused by printing trillions of dollars...but this Lynnwood Dental office is less financially painful than most. Update 7/28/25 still one of the best quality and price dental offices compared to all others in Seattle area well worth the drive if you live far away....they tell you your teeth health and advise the best course of treatment with pressuring you into something....nice they send automated text messages for every 6 month exam and cleaning...probably willing to split the bill into 2 or 3 payments I did that before. They really care about helping others.
Horrible experience. I came here for a simple wisdom tooth extraction. My appointment was rushed. The dental hygienist repeatedly asked me what my age was because she didn’t believe I was as old as my paperwork said (irrelevant to appt). Secondly, when I finished getting my wisdom extracted with a mouth full of blood I asked for more gauze (they gave me 2 small pieces) and I was told that what I was given "was enough". So essentially I wasn’t not allowed to take more gauze to support my bleeding extraction (gauze costs nothing). I have had past wisdom extractions in NYC & Seattle they were smooth and professional. This place is not only unprofessional, but very rude and the staff does not care about the patient. The doctor was not terrible like his staff but he was very mediocre compared to my past dentistry experience. Do not recommend - if you care about your experience, I suggest going somewhere else. This was my cheapest dentist experience, and I am not referring to the cost. Treat your patients better, especially patients of color considering the entire staff is also of color (Asian).
