Perfect Teeth Dental & Orthodontics - Centerra

BEWARE- this dental office is a scam. My husband and I were referred to this dental office because this was one of our insurance company provider. Let me start by saying as a new patient we were required to make 3 different appointments just to get our teeth cleaned. The first was to do X-rays and a new patient evaluation and that I understand but what I don’t understand is a complete head scan X-ray and then an X-ray of each individual tooth.Talk about over kill.. ridiculous…I’m sure insurance is going to love that bill. Mind you it has been just 6 short months since my last appointment where I had an excellent cleaning with no issues. Welllll during this appointment I was told I needed a crown on a tooth with no past issues…with my portion of the cost being $690.00 dollars. Nope! They also told my husband during his new patient appointment he too would need a crown. Is November crown month??? Second appointment was to see the dental hygienist who proceeded to tell me I was going to have to come back for a deep cleaning do to plaque build up and she would need to work up a treatment plan! WHAT is going on, it’s been 6 months since my last glowing dental appointment and the only thing that change was I have been using a water pik. This place is determined to get the insurance money and as much of your money as possible. Make sure the treatment needed is legit…I myself will be looking into this further. I can only imagine how many others received unnecessary treatment. If I could have given zero stars I would have!

Great experience, all the staff is great and explained everything to me. I live in Fort Morgan. It’s a little bit of a drive and sometimes I can’t make because of my kids appointments or the car not running. And I’ve had to reschedule a couple times, but the staff is really understanding and reschedule without a problem. I really recommend Perfect Teeth for any of your dental needs.

Everyone at this location were polite, professional, and thorough. Their 'bed side manor' is the exceptional. I was not nervous of fearful because I was felt welcomed, treated with respect, and heard. Rare in many 'professional' offices. I'll do all my dental work here and strongly suggest you do the same. You won't regret it!

They are the worst at communicating. I needed an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and I had just left the emergency room when I called to make an appointment. The call center made the appointment at 4pm. The dentist then called me back and said they scheduled me wrong. As a result my mother had to drop everything to try and get me there an hour early. I was told I could be 10 minutes late and I walked in as it turned to 11 minutes late. They then told me I need to reschedule. When I asked to speak to the doctor I was told they left already. When I asked how that could be possible if I had an appointment at 3 and was 60 seconds past when they said I could be seen. She then got attitude with me and got the doctor. The doctor then told me that I can’t be seen with an infection. After I informed him I was just told by the hospital I did not have an infection he changed it to needing antibiotics. When I then informed him I already was on antibiotics he proceeded to tell me I wouldn’t have pain if I didn’t have an infection and that I can’t be numbed if I’m swollen. I told him I was just numbed at the er so I can clearly be numbed. I needed my wisdom teeth removed because it was grown in with no space not due to an infection. If they weren’t going to see me anyway why bother scheduling me in the first place and telling me on my way in that I can still get seen even if I’m past the ten minutes. This place is a joke and have zero care for people.

I feel very fortunate to have found this particular office. Everyone who works there is extremely proficient and personable. My particular hygienist is wonderful. And the dentist that works at this location is excellent at what she does. Highly recommend this location of perfect teeth.

I would most definitely suggest that anyone else who wants great, kind, and professional treatment, to go to this office on Rocky Mountain Avenue in Loveland lllll, Colorado to have this location as their "go to" place for professional dentistry, where everyone there is professional, at times humorous, and very caring. I plan to avoid the Western Eisenhower Office of Perfect Teeth, and will advise others to avoid that one like the plague. Maybe COVID infected the brains of the dentist and hygeinist at that location.

Rudest most complacent dentist I've ever seen. She enjoyed showing a video about how expensive the dentist is, cares not at all if you are struggling and can't afford simply because a "root canal is more expensive", they love to say that line, meanwhile doesn't pay attention when she grinds on your teeth, she just talks to the assistant while the grinder bounces from the tooth she is grinding hitting other teeth that are in good shape then charges you to fix it. I would highly recommend literally any other dentist.
