The staff from the receptionist to the dentist were great. When I walked in, as a new patient I saw my name on a board, welcoming me. That is a nice touch. The dental hygienist & doctor always checked in to see how I was doing, any pain, etc. I highly recommend Espire for your dental work.

I have been a patient of this office for many years, but I have noticed a huge change in the operations of this office since the name change, and more specifically after private equity invested in this dental office. Now I feel that I am constantly being pushed for services and additional costs that I do not need. Many examples I will share: I have two cleanings a year included with my insurance. For years, at this and other dental offices, I received positive feedback about my dental health, since I do not even remember when I last had a cavity. During a visit in late 2025 for a regular cleaning, the hygienist said that they wanted to do a "deep cleaning" instead of a regular cleaning. She provided the reasons and didn’t touch my teeth that day. I agreed, thinking it was also covered by insurance. To my surprise, when I attended the deep cleaning appointment, they told me upfront that I needed to pay about $360 out of pocket. I was surprised and asked for an itemized estimate. They listed a bunch of items I did not need, such as a laser service and more. I was not happy that I had to pay out of pocket but agreed to the service. In the end, the deep cleaning was very similar to a regular cleaning, just a little longer, and honestly, I didn’t feel any difference. I also feel that a regular cleaning would have been enough in my case. A similar situation occurred during a regular cleaning visit, where I was told that the computer was showing some red flags on some areas of my teeth. I didn’t feel anything unusual, and even the dentist came and visually checked my teeth and saw nothing. But since the computer showed those red-flag spots, they insisted on additional X-rays. Again, I was reluctant and unhappy about the unscheduled X-rays, but I agreed. As you can imagine, the X-rays showed nothing concerning, but they received extra income for the service instead of just the regular cleaning visit. Lastly, during the checkout of a previous cleaning, the hygienist included a rinse product that they are now selling, and I had to explicitly say I didn’t want it to avoid it being included in the out-of-pocket bill. All in all, after the private equity takeover, I feel constantly pressured for extra services. I am not happy about it and am seriously considering joining another practice. I miss how the office operated before.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Gonzalez and the entire team at Fox Creek Dental. From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, professional, and attentive. Dr. Gonzalez took the time to explain every step of my crown procedure, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time. The crown placement itself was flawless — it fits perfectly, looks completely natural, and feels just like my real tooth. I was impressed by the precision, attention to detail, and how gentle the entire process was. Dr Gonzalez is one of a kind. He is extremely knowledgeable and combines remarkable dental skill with genuine compassion and great communication. I can’t recommend Dr. Gonzalez and his team enough.

For my entire adult life I have hated going to the dentist. It was always painful and they were so pushy, but now I have found Espire Dental!!! Today Amanda and Lexi provided me the most amazing cleaning and check up. They were informative but not push! I also was impressed with the front desk staff. I arrived a little early and they provided me periodic updates so I ever felt forgot/ignored even though I was early. My teeth are sparkling clean and I’m so happy! Thanks to the entire team for making my experience amazing tonight!!!

I had a great cleaning by Lexi this week. I was comfortable, she was thorough and was taking care to keep an eye on my X-rays as she worked. Dr Gonzales diagnosed an issue I mentioned and gave multiple options for the fix. No pressure, just information.

Dr. Michael and Amanda are absolute lifesavers! I chipped a crown and they were able to see me right away. The entire process was seamless — from the moment I walked in to the moment I left smiling again. Their care, kindness, and professionalism made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and comfortable. I couldn’t be more grateful! You can really tell they care about their patients and I 100% will be recommending and coming back.

Dr. Michael is the best! He is so personable, knowledgeable, and gentle. I have extreme dental anxiety - Lexie and Dr. Michael were able to put me at ease and make the entire appointment enjoyable. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Michael!
