Best dentist I've ever been to! If you or your child has sensory processing disorder as I do, this place would be your best bet! They are very informative, patient and gentle! They explain everything to you before they do it. The Dentist is an expert at what he does and the rest of the staff such as the desk lady and hygienists are super friendly!!!!!!! Not to mention they take COVID very seriously and have little therapy dogs there! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Here's a picture of Winston, while I'm in the waiting room!

Edit... it is now 12 years later and I still can not say enough about how amazing Dr Richards and team have been. Truly, one in a million. Dr. James Richards is the best dentist I've ever been to, and that includes my Uncle, who was my dentist for my entire childhood! He is honest, caring, and gentle. My family have been patients for several years now and have been seen for both maintenance and emergency care. When my husband needed an emergency root canal, Dr Richards met us at the office on a holiday, and called around to find an endodontist he trusted who could see us immediately. Although the endodontist never called to check on my husband, Dr. Richards and his staff kept close tabs on us, calling frequently and checking up on him. His entire staff is fantastic, and the prices are good too.

I have known Dr. Richards since he was in High School and not sure "why" I hadn't gone to him before! My youngest son has been a patient there for a long time and when I was having some teeth issues he encouraged me to go to Dr. Richard's office. I was very pleased with his warm and friendly staff and the excellent care I was given. I would highly recommend him to other's looking for a dentist.

A great dental office. Dr Richards and his staff have been caring for my teeth for more than 10 years. They are continually looking for ways to improve the experience, and have succeeded in polishing their processes. They are all friendly, competent and helpful. He's the best.

We found Dr. Richards after a very bad experience with another dentist that wanted to do thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. We have had top notch service ever since we moved. The staff is great to work with and I love that they understand that going to the dentist is very stressful and they do everything in their power to make it better.
