For 30+ year my family has proudly been patients IGDNC for our dental needs. We are always treated with friendliness, kindness and professionalism. From the front desk to the hygienist to the lab to the dentists it has always been a first class experience. Frankly we’re all grateful to them for our excellent oral health!

My experience with Dr. Nicole Ferrara and her practice was profoundly disappointing. I sought help for TMJ pain and left with no relief, no completed treatment, and almost five thousand dollars gone. Dr. Ferrara’s approach was rigid and inflexible from the beginning. The daytime splint caused severe sensory distress that never improved, no matter how many adjustments were made. The nighttime splint arrived with a significant lab error and had to be manually altered by a dental assistant. I was told a correct replacement would be ordered. It never arrived. There were no alternative options offered. No individualized care. No acknowledgment that the treatment was failing. When I asked for support because the devices were unmanageable, the office manager, Jamie, told me to keep trying to wear the splint and to call back if it eventually started working. That was the entire response. No guidance. No assessment. No empathy. It was clear in that moment that this practice is not equipped to support patients who do not fit into their narrow, one size fits all model. I paid almost five thousand dollars out of pocket. I received nothing that addressed my pain or my needs. I filed both a dispute and a board complaint. Both were denied, but that does not change what happened. A denied complaint does not mean the treatment was ethical. It only means the provider did not violate the strict legal thresholds used by the board. It does not reflect agreement with the care I received. My report now sits in Dr. Ferrara’s record, and it belongs there. I hope other patients speak up if they experience similar issues. 👉Silence only protects patterns. This experience has had lasting effects. It has damaged my trust in dental providers, including the dentist who referred me here. The lack of compassion, flexibility, and accountability created a level of anxiety I now carry into any dental appointment. I am sharing this so others can make fully informed decisions before committing to expensive treatment. My experience with Dr. Nicole Ferrara’s practice showed me that this office is not prepared to adapt care, support complex cases, or provide the attention patients deserve. This review reflects my personal experience and opinions based on the treatment I received. I share it in good faith so others can protect their health, their resources, and their peace.

I had my first visit, and it was amazing. The staff is all wonderful. The hygienist, Kelsey, was amazing and Dr. Olson was great! I'm excited to go back for my next cleaning! It is a comfortable and fun atmosphere. So happy to find my new dental office!

Do not trust this place! They have literally destroyed my teeth! They installed 7 crowns and other fillings in my mouth and all of those crowns/fillings have broken off, or fallen out within the first month! But even worse? They have refused to fix them! And actually told me to "go see a new dentist!"... They have literally refused to stand by their work! But the worst part of all? During this work, they shredded my gum line with their dremel tools, to the point where a large portion of my lower gums actually died and fell out! Causing my gumline to receed to the point of needing gum grafts! Do not ever let these guys touch your teeth! Dr Olsen and the entire staff at implant and general dentistry are complete scam artists! They have absolutely no clue what they are doing and they will gladly take your money, and ruin your mouth, then tell you to go somewhere else and pay even more money to have your teeth fixed, after they literally destroyed them! Never have I met anyone who has such a degraded moral compass, that would allow them to knowingly cause permanent damage to someone's mouth, and then simply tell them to simply "find another dentist"..... These people should be ashamed of themselves!

Incredible tecnicians. Thorough, considerate and low pain. I had a couple issues. Both solved. Kelsey did my low-stress cleaning and Olson followed up. I might start going to the dentist again.

This was my first visit and I have to say that my experience was excellent. My hygienist Penny was very professional and gave me a thorough exam and cleaning. Dr Olson also gave me a thorough exam too. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I have been going to this dentist office for about 5 years now. I first went here because I needed a tooth implant, which was skillfully executed. The dentists, hygienists, and staff have been so friendly, professional, and courteous. I feel very welcomed and taken care of every time, and I never feel pushed into procedures they may suggest having done. I definitely recommend them!
